This is tied to a company called Pure Romance. The product doesnt work as you expect for the price. I got charged twice, 4 months apart even if i did not order the second time. The customer representative will not help you reverse the charges.
I wonder why do they keep card details. Just paid a total of 100$ for this useless piece of ointment.

I am fairly certain this company is the same as Chilicloth...same pictures and products. I have been waiting for a delivery so long that I have no idea when I ordered. Both companies advertise on Facebook. UGH

Sizing is all wrong even though I went with the posted measurements. Was suppose to be a 1x but is more like a size 16. Material is shiny and silky like stuff they use for parachutes. Weird. I am now stuck with stuff I cant return or wear.

I would give a big fat rating of ZERO, if I could. The dresses are total crap, a weird thin polyester, no stretch, and nothing like described.
When I asked to return them , through their strict rule, which had to be within 14 days, and I had to write three times. Their response was for me to to send pictures of thedresses, and UPC codes and describe problem. The problem is they are super crappy and cheap material, with a weird fit. I then received an email stating that the return would go to China, and through customs, which would cost more than the price of dresses, at my cost. So they offered to give me 10% refund and keep the dresses. So they sent me $9, for my $90 of useless merchandise.
The website made them look so cute, they are horrible!!

After waiting for weeks for merchandise, 3 out of 4 needed returns. Now after numerous emails this is their latest email:

Because the goods are shipping from other countries, the custom fee is so high when return.
It may be lost in the process of returning. If lost, we can't refund the money to you.
In the process of returning goods, the high custom tax you will be charged. The cost far exceeds the value of the goods.
If you really do not want it and it is not suitable for you, you can send it to your friends or family.
In order to show our sincerity we can give you 10% refund of the amount of the items, do you agree?

Previously they are asked me to send photos of myself. Here’s the customer service reply after waiting 2 weeks for them to respond:
Hello，

“Sorry for delay your reply.
In fact,could you please post a contrast photo or take pictures about the items you try on??
I mean you send us the pictures of the items compared with your own suitable in same size .
And, it is what our manager need to check if the items don't fit you.

AVOID THIS COMPANY! They are scammers!

I ordered from this company and the pictures and sizes were not true to the website. Then I tried to return them which they said they would give me 10% back instead. I did not agree to that because it's a waste of product/resources and other companies from China do just fine in returns. Then I received this option. I would not suggest ordering from this company unless you want to throw away items you would never use...nor would goodwill take.

"try my best to apply for refund to my manager again, and this time you can get the 20% refund of items ,in order to protect every customer interests ,do you think ?

I ordered dresses in two different sizes NOT true to size. Took months to arrive now have been trying to get a address for returns 19 emails but NO response I am sick of these Chinese firms under .com pretending they Australian companies DO NOT TOUCH website
