Delivery late and damaged

Delivery late and damaged. Box was dented when it arrived. The little tree I ordered was separated from its planter, soil was everywhere in the box and one of the branches was cracked.
The delivery came one day late.
Also I found the promotional offer for the tree I bought quite expensive in retrospective. I bought it bundled with a small ornament.
One day later the same tree w/o the ornament and w/o discount was offered at a significantly cheaper price than what I paid. And the little ornament definitely wasn’t worth the markup.
So while I usually enjoy the bouquets, I regret having bought that little, poor, badly handled (expensive) tree.

A damaged tree, soil spilled in the box, and a cracked branch, especially after a late delivery, must have been incredibly disappointing.

Thank you Bloomon for your service! I recently received the order again. The centerpiece looks fresh, as far as that’s possible for dried flowers. You’ve succeeded to keep me as a customer!

I was really excited about my first order, dried flowers, but it arrived with the cattail stem broken halfway down; something that definitely shouldn’t happen, even with dried flowers. Several small blooms were also loose in the box, making the arrangement look quite shabby.

Customer service replied politely at first, but I haven’t received a follow-up or solution since my second message. More leaves should fall out for me to get compensated. Which is odd because the stem of a cattail is usually quite firm and does not break that easily. A lovely idea, but disappointing quality and customer-friendly service.

Where is my flowers??

Unfortunately, the flowers haven’t arrived yet. I find it very strange that fresh flowers are being delivered via PostNL — I wish I had known that beforehand. The flowers were supposed to be delivered on Friday the 24th, and my partner was waiting for them that day. However, PostNL claimed they couldn’t deliver “as usual.”

Overall, my experience hasn’t been good at all.

I have ordered one of the biggest…

I have ordered one of the biggest bouquets that looked really nice on the app. However, when my friend send a picture of what she received it was twice as smaller what I've expected and it looked poorly put together aesthetically.

The order process is smooth and flowers…

The order process is smooth and flowers are in good condition. On time delivery as promised and track and trace in place- this is important for giving flowers as a gift and also due to the delicacy of the product. It made me rest assured.

Very disappointed

I’ve always been very satisfied, but this time, the flowers were delivered without the chocolates and without the note. That was really important. As a result, the person didn’t know who it was from and never received the message. Very disappointed. Yes, the flowers did arrive and had their little effect, but it’s not the same.

The buch I ordered looked bigger in the picture then in real. Also the colors were completely different

I ordered in The Netherlands, so I don't understand why Bloomon UK is sending me emails and offers?

The bunch of flowers on the picture looks bigger then the one wich was delivered. It was 19 stems but the look is a very different. Also the colors were completely different from the picture.
