Ordered flowers for a co-workers…

Ordered flowers for a co-workers father's funeral. Blooms Today decided on their own to reschedule the delivery for the mass, not the wake, with no notification. The morning of the service, which was the new promised delivery date, I received a call that they would no longer be able to deliver the flowers. Absolutely unacceptable. If i could leave zero stars, I would. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

Email for Reschedule?!

I opted for this service because my local florists were not open to make a delivery on Sunday, my daughter's birthday. Bloomstoday did not indicate in any way that the delivery date was dependent on local florists being open, otherwise I would've delivered them myself. Although the order form asks for the buyer's phone number, they sent me an e-mail on Saturday stating that a Sunday delivery would not work, and could they do an alternate day. Well, I don't live at my computer, so I did not read the email until AFTER the gift should have been delivered, and only then because when I asked my daughter if she received anything at work today, she had no idea what I was talking about. A phone call would have reached me and allowed me to make other arrangements. I have requested the charge of almost $150 to be refunded.

TERRIBLE customer service model. I will not be utilizing this company again.

Blooms Today Scams Customers

I’m even more frustrated after reading Blooms Today’s Terms of Service and “guarantee,” because the product delivered to my mother clearly did not meet their own stated standards.

The arrangement arrived in poor condition—lilies with browned, wrinkled petals, blooms already wilting, and an overall appearance that suggested the flowers were not fresh at the time of delivery. This wasn’t a matter of longevity; it was a quality issue from the start.

Blooms Today advertises a 100% money-back guarantee, yet places the burden entirely on the customer to document and pursue reimbursement. Meanwhile, they also state that use of their service is “at your sole risk,” which feels like a convenient way to excuse situations exactly like this.

A flower delivery service is supposed to deliver something fresh, vibrant, and worthy of the occasion. Instead, this arrangement looked tired and past its prime—completely undermining what should have been a thoughtful gift.

Based on both the product quality and the company’s own policies, I would strongly recommend choosing a different florist—preferably a local one that stands behind what they deliver.

The deluxe spray was order 5 days before the service. I went with them because they offered the colors I wanted.
The flowers never showed up.
When called they said they’ll be there by 5.
The memorial was over at 3:30.
NEVER AGAIN!!!!!

Do Not Buy From Blooms Today!

On 4/1/26 I ordered an arrangement for delivery to a business for a work anniversary. At 7:32 a.m. I received confirmation of my order. I never heard anything more from them. At 4:16 I wrote to make sure this was being delivered before 5:00, because that is when the recipient leaves work. At 4:18 they wrote back, "your order shows it is on schedule for delivery. Although we cannot provide a specific delivery time, standard deliveries to business locations are generally by 5PM". At 4:34 they wrote that the order is out for delivery. At 6:02 they wrote that my order was delivered to the recipient. This was not true because the recipient was already home with NO flowers. Evidently, Blooms Today uses Safeway Floral 0971 for their deliveries. The recipient of these flowers received a text at 5:43 p.m. that they were enroute with the delivery. At 5:57 they texted that they were delivered. In a separate text, the delivery person wrote that he had arrived to the location at 5:53 and where could they place the order. The recipient of the order wrote back to return it, that he was no longer at the office to receive them. I asked for a refund, which they confirmed the order was cancelled and a full refund has been issued. What an awful experience. I will never use the services of Blooms Today.

Did not receive my order as promised.

I ordered flowers and they were never delivered. The customer service phone I called said they are experiencing delays. I was never called or notified of a delay. I then researched and read all the negative reviews. I was so disappointed and felt like this company was a scam.

Update: I emailed customer service and canceled my order and requested the return of my payment in full and they honored it. I was happy with this result.

Pay me my money back due to not delivered at all. REALLY upset. I even paid extra for it to be delivered before 12. I wanted the flowers there for the holiday. WOW. You should be ashamed. Very upsetting.

Yesterday I went to blooms out east off of lockbourneI didn't have my ID so I let my girl shop , the guard told me to sign in at the front desk. Then I sat down waiting for my girl and not even a couple minutes went by , a black lady was setting across from me , I think she was waiting for her ride she got up and left, as soon as she went out the door a black dude came from the back saying that he was the manager and said that I can't set in the lobby, I said what going on I signed in and I'm with her just waiting hear , he continues to say that it is state policy , and I need a ID to wait there I told him are you serious so we spend hundreds of dollars here and I can't wait for my people to get done. I even signed in, I didn't want to give them what they wanted so I just went and stud outside. The same thing happens at the west side location georgesville road they gave me the wrong kind and said that I could not switch it, but I can get 40 percent off but when we went they still over charged us, you see it's to many people that's apart of this for others to not see what's really going on out here, and the medical weed will have you in the hospital , and don't shop knockoff experimental smoke shops you really will be sick, because it's not officially license so that men's is fake.if you can't get it when you want just stop

Delivery was late & paid over 120.00 for a floral arrangemnent that was purchased at Hyvee for about 25.00. I could have gotten this myself & delivered it for 1/2 the price of what I paid & gotten there by the time I wanted it there! I will NO LONGER EVER order from BLOOMS TODAY AGAIN!

An ultimate disappointment

Extremely poor service and communication. The birthday flowers and gifts arrived a day late despite paying for the timely delivery. Received notification of successful delivery when instead the delivery did not happen at all. Their communication was misleading. It was my daughter’s birthday. I was extremely disappointing that she did not receive the flowers (and other parcels) from me and had to ask her to check the neighbors’ doorsteps for possible erroneous delivery (after 7 pm), in the midst of her birthday party since the company claimed that the delivery was completed. I called them next day, sent emails. They (spoke with Cara twice-total disregard for my concerns) blamed it on the third party and said we can refund you or wait until we deliver it any time between 9 am and 7pm on Saturday. Eventually they delivered a bouquet of flowers the following day that did not have any resemblance to the bouquet I selected, not in color or those of flowers. It looked old, not at all the arrangement of the flowers I selected. Total disappointment! I will never use the company again nor should you.

Horrible customer service and product

Paid extra to get it delivered expedited, 2 times this happens and 2 times they failed to deliver on time. Expensive flower and looks nothing like the picture. I canceled and they still showed up at my wife's work so she had to turn back to grab them after she had left. Never again, I dont recommend this company.

Paid for express delivery and for products not delivered

I paid for express delivery and like the previous time delivery was substantially late; received an email 5 min before scheduled delivery to say it will be 1 hr late. And I ordered and paid for a pink vase and teddy bear as well, but when I saw the photo those 2 paid products were not delivered and Blooms did not say anything until I had to write numerous emails to them to demand a refund - SHOCKING

Missed Delivery. Do not use

I ordered flowers three days in advance on a day in March to surprise my wife while I was gone. On the day of delivery I called at four as they had not been delivered and was told they would be there by seven. They did not get delivered. When I called they offered a refund or delivery that day. This did not seem adequate options. Flowers are not any other commodity. It is timing. I would have expected free flower delivery for their mistake. I would not suggest this company for anyone based on my experience.

Surprise, Surprise!

What a shocker! The business is a supermarket and I didn’t know this!
My story: I chose the “Enchanting Peach” flower arrangement, their photo is SO BEAUTIFUL! The price options were $75/$85/$95. I chose the most expensive $95 because I wanted the vase bursting with flowers for my best friend’s birthday.
She received it and sent me a photo.
What a disappointment! It was a small vase, small flower arrangement and there were NO peach flowers. It contained only 5 red roses and pink carnations. That’s all!
A small red and pink arrangement, it was awful! Despite the website showing pastel flowers and peach roses, it was false advertisement.
Even worse, we discovered that the flowers came from a supermarket named Vons in Huntington Beach, California!
A supermarket is in the food industry, not a professional floral business.
Why is this website (supermarket) selling flowers for $95.
I wish I could include in this message a photo of what this supermarket promised. You’d be shocked!
I learned a lesson. I will research before I ever purchase flowers again, if I ever do. I’ve lost faith.

I am extremely disappointed that I was robbed by a supermarket ($95.) I will fight for a refund.

Completely Unprofessional and Disrespectful Customer Serviceperience with Blooms Today has…

My experience with Blooms Today has been unbelievably frustrating. I placed an order on Monday for a birthday flower arrangement that was guaranteed to be delivered the following day by 3:30 PM. Because this was an important surprise for a very special friend, I took the extra step of calling multiple times ahead of time to confirm that the delivery would absolutely happen on time. Each time I was reassured that everything was set.
The flowers were never delivered.
Yesterday I sent a professional email to their customer service team explaining the situation and asking for clarification, the delivery status, and what they planned to do to correct the mistake. Instead of resolving the issue, when I called this morning the representative was extremely dismissive and rude. She told me they would not be delivering the flowers that day and implied that because I purchased the arrangement through Groupon, my order was not a priority. To make matters worse, they tried to charge me an additional fee if I wanted the flowers delivered sooner. So not only did they ruin a birthday surprise, but they also made it clear that customers who use deals are treated differently. There was no apology, no attempt to make things right, and no effort whatsoever to resolve the problem. The representative simply said a supervisor would call me and ended the conversation. This is one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. If you are ordering flowers for an important occasion, I strongly recommend choosing another florist that actually values their customers and honors their delivery commitments.

Worst company Ever!

Worst company Ever!! I ordered flowers and candy for my wife on Valentine's Day from blooms today. They Never were delivered. I contacted customer service and Never got a reply. I spent 135.00 and got Nothing!! Don't deal with these Idols!! They Shouldn't be allowed to take customers money!! I have my bank working on getting payment back.🙃

Bad product and bad delivery service

Many things went wrong with this florist. First, what we have received is VERY different from what we have ordered. Actual product is Significant different from their product images. Second, their delivery service just dumped the product next to the mailbox instead of by the door. Bad product and bad delivery service.
