Bloon.co.uk is a scam

On the 24th December 2024 I purchased a large inflatable jelly from this company for a community event, with the promise I would receive it by Jan 7th 2025. This came and went, as did the second promised delivery date a week later, and each time I had to ring and email the company to chase up what had happened to my order. Eventually, a scuffed up box from a factory in China arrived on the 18th January, with what could only be described as a large green beach ball inside. After receiving some unbelievably rude and aggressive messages from the company manager, Adam Barclay-Faulkner, he agreed to a refund. I posted the jelly back immediately, recorded delivery, and have proof that it was delivered. I then had to contact them again to find out how long I would have to wait to get a refund, and was told 28 days, which would have taken me to the 28th February 2025.

This date has now come and gone, and I have no refund, and the company are ignoring my emails and calls. I have tried to retrieve my money with Barclays but have been unsuccessful, so I am basically writing this review to warn everyone not to go anywhere near this seller. He has a long track record of fraudulent activities, including a criminal conviction, and non-delivery of services.
