Abi Garland and Tom Whitehead were excellent. Listened to our needs and got quotes for a few holiday options. We settled on one for Antigua that Abi arranged after contacting Sandals and receiving information on a couple of areas of concern.

Georgia was extremely helpful. She had great knowledge of the places/hotels that we wanted to visit and willingly shared this. She showed patience and determination to find us a deal that suited our expectations and budget. She kept in touch with me regularly to ensure I didn’t miss great deals. The booking process was straightforward and communication was prompt and clear.

The booking experience was 5 star however after a promise (part of the sales pitch) that if anything goes wrong we will sort it out I have to say the emergency response from Blue Bay was a shambles no direct help and ineffective communication and constant airline v travel agent certainly puts me off using Blue Bay in the future which is a shame

We sincerely regret that you were affected by the recent air traffic control disruption, an exceptional situation that resulted in thousands of passengers experiencing delays and disruption to their travel plans worldwide.
Unfortunately, incidents of this scale can significantly affect the assistance and alternative arrangements available to passengers. As you were in transit on your return journey, the airline was responsible for assisting you with arrangements to complete your journey home. However, due to the extraordinary circumstances, the airline’s usual assistance and support may not have been available as expected.
Our records indicate that we contacted you in advance of your flights to advise that, given the circumstances, the usual procedures and levels of assistance might not be possible. We also advised you to make your own arrangements where necessary and retain all receipts for reimbursement claims.
We can also confirm that, following your return, a member of our Customer Service Management team contacted you, as requested, to explain why we had been unable to make alternative arrangements for you at the time.
We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience, frustration and upset this disruption caused. We appreciate how disappointing it can be when unexpected circumstances affect your travel plans. We hope that, despite the difficulties you experienced on your return journey, you were still able to enjoy your holiday and that the disruption did not detract too much from your overall experience.
