Unfortunately, my experience so far has not been great and I would really like someone to contact me to resolve this.

I received a quote for a holiday and agreed to proceed at that price. Around 12 hours later, I was then told the cost had increased by approximately £3,000.

When I originally enquired, I made it clear that we were travelling with another family, and a separate quote was provided for them at the same time.

Despite the significant price increase, we went ahead and booked our holiday. The other family were then ready and waiting to pay for the quote they had been given, but nobody has been able to confirm their booking. Instead, we seem to be getting repeated excuses and delays.

We are now in the very frustrating position of having booked a holiday specifically to travel together, while the family we are travelling with still hasn’t been able to book. In the meantime, it appears that the price is continuing to increase.

I appreciate that holiday prices and availability can change, but given that both quotes were requested together and it was made clear from the outset that we were travelling as one party, I don’t think this has been handled well at all.

I would really appreciate somebody taking ownership of this now, contacting me directly and confirming what can be done to secure the other family’s booking as soon as possible.

She was polite and helpful and completed the booking making it all stress free.

It was a bit nerve-wracking booking a long haul for next year but Chloe explained everything and was very understanding. Hotel rating- 9/10 stunning refurbishment completed in June 2026, the standard, the style, the beautiful incense that greats you is delicious, the staff, the music is totally chilled to help you relax. With multiple DJ’s to get you in the mood. 🎧🙌🏻
The standard of food in the restaurants was unbelievable, breakfast had so many options to choose from, totally spoilt. Asian inspired dishes to mouth watering steaks and pizza round the pool 😆
Room was gorgeous, everything you’d expect, steamer, hair dryer and straighteners and lovely smelling toiletries. Air con. Super comfy bed and soft bedding 😴
Spa and Gym facilities, didn’t use either 😆 but had a fantastic massage from a Thai lady on the beech for €40
Location is great if you want to party. Ushuaïa is next door and Hi Beech is opposite. Short taxi ride away to old town Ibiza.
Price tag- Very expensive for food and drink, cheapest bottle of wine probably around €100 and beers €10. Cocktails about €20. Although you do pay for what you get, lovely surroundings to a very high standard.
9/10 just because I felt the service on the beech area was a little lax and they could be more on it (they had probably been out the night before 🙌🏻🤭)

Be careful. We have a problem with a large booking with this company. The names of three of our passengers are incorrect. My advice in large bookings is to ask for a written copy to check by email whilst on the phone. It is just about impossible to listen to all names spelt out that double surnames are not added as middle names. On realising error the company will charge you or not release tickets. I feel blackmailed.
