Not all products could be delivered.
The money for the missing product has not been paid back yet, after an entire week.

One piece of model is missing in my shipment, however no one is answering my email to follow up.

The item is certainly good, one piece is missing though, so impossible to assemble. No answer from you.

I am very happy with the sets I have bought. I would have given 5 starts, the only reason why I don't is because I can't continue to build Burg Blaustein as the 2nd expansion is out of stock and even though I got an email that is available it was again sold out, so I ask you guys, please re-stock so I can continue my Blaustein journey. Other then that, amazing designes, and the quality is good too.

Very happy that I bought this item. It was my first experience with Bluebrixx and it will not be the last.

The product was perfect and complete. The packaging is not the usual Lego system, but it is manageable. The delivery time was okay.
The disadvantage when ordering is that you cannot provide a phone number, so the courier had a difficult time because he could not inform you when he would arrive.
This should be replaced!

Fast shipment, a great build, instructions were a little funny at times and the build a little fragile whilst building, but it came out pretty sturdy when finished and looks great.
Definitely looking to get more Stargate sets

Very bad experience or the instructions are wrong or there are pieces missing. Really disappointing

There is no logic in the packaging. It's all over the place. A lot of time is wasted due to having to extensively search for pieces in one of the many packages. The brick quality and design is very nice though!

Okay The packs arrived okay Except you could have told us the weight of the total package as I am disabled it was difficult to handle and as there is over 5700 pieces per box How do I know if there are any parts missing. It would take along time to count each part other than that I am sure it is great quality.

Great: good quality, fast shipping.

Ordered this as been wanting it for a while and was on a good sale. Arrived within about 10 days and took a few hours to assemble. Looks great though fragile in a couple places and the instructions were a little misleading for some parts of the build but very pleased with the final product and came in a quality box. Would recommend.

The kit was exactly as described on the website, although it was a bit larger than I anticipated. The instructions are clear and the parts separated sufficiently to allow completion in a logical manner.

The packing box was a little worse for wear but the bubble wrap had protected the actual kit.

Love the models. But two issues:

1. No assembly instructions with the two models in plain brown boxes - and no link to them online,
2. Waaaay too much packaging on the non brown box items.

Good: designs are offered which are not available at other brands
To be improved: accuracy of blocks, esp. larger and/ or longer plates bend slightly- not as good as Lego.
Disappointing: the blocks are not sorted by build section. Unless it is intentionally- why would one have to sort through about 2 dozen unmarked bags by build step 50? It is like a puzzle.
Or was my package one with flaws because of the 50% discount?

The boxes arrived totally destroyed. The content appears intact though.
