I paid nearly $800 for my item with DDP (delivery duty paid), which means it should be delivered directly to my apartment (this is what was agreed upon). Instead, the company is refusing to complete the delivery and insists they’ll only drop off to the road/street nearby unless I Zelle them another $800. I even offered a reasonable compromise…to have the item dropped off at my building’s front entrance or back entrance so I could hire movers myself but they refused. They are also refusing to confirm a delivery date until 1-2 days prior to delivery and say they will not guarantee a delivery time making it impossible to coordinate with my own movers.

This experience has been incredibly frustrating and is giving scam. I strongly advise others not to do business with this company. I’ve also discovered that they are engaging in questionable international shipping practices, such as under-declaring shipments and falsifying item details and values on customs documents. They are engaging in illegal and fraudulent practices. They are not trustworthy and you should not trust your items or money with this business. Proceed with extreme caution.

Terrible service. Avoid at all cost. They extort more money by holding your goods or making your life difficult. First you pay for delivery feeds. Then Dennis and Loki try to charge you $800 to bring the products to your apartment - even if there’s an elevator. And then they have the audacity to ask: “Could you ask someone else help you to unload? Pls note the trucking company only provide 15 mins free unload time. Otherwise $66 per 15mins will be charged (Minimum charge:USD 147)” GTFO!

They have had our material in their warehouse for months. Getting answers from them is almost impossible, the few times you can talk to them they make up excuses by saying to wait. We are now resigned to having lost our material. beware!
