Don't touch this Web site with a barge pole.
I took up the offer of a free 7 day trial, but as it wasn't for me I cancelled after 3 days.
I followed the cancellation procedure and sent a follow up email. These were both ignored and a charge was taken from my bank account.
I have sent another cancellation request and this has also been ignored.
I have contacted my bank to prevent them from doing this again.
Do Not trust this company.
Thieves
Thieves. Will continue to pull subscription payments after canceling. I cancelled 3 times (or so I thought) and finally was forced to stop payment via payment source. Completely unethical company. Stay away!!
DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR CARD…
DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR CARD INFORMATION!!! They will NEVER stop charging your card. They will NEVER allow you to cancel your subscription! You have been warned. AGAIN.
unable to delete credit card info
do NOT use. unable to delete your credit card info. I cancelled my membership so many times and they keep billing me. FRAUD
Malfunctioning website, deceptive marketing
While I always found their physical greeting cards excellent, I can't say the same for their website. It is one of the worst, because it isn't intuitive, pages are inconsistently designed, and it malfunctions. For example, i selected and customized an ecard before signing up/in, which deleted my customization. I then customized my card again, but then I had to select a subscription, which again deleted my personalization of my card. The subscription page deceptively offered a "one month" subscription, but after I paid for it, the confirmation page said it was a recurring monthly subscription; extremely deceptive. After personalizing my card a 3rd time, I was ready to send it, but the instructions for sending the card were not intuitive. So after eventually sending my card, I cancelled my subscription.
BUYER BEWARE!
Signed up to buy an ecard but dudnt buy. Despite this I had been charged monthly fees. In November I emailed to cancel which they did and refunded. Despite this they are dtill billing me monthly fees. Buyer Beware. Behaviour is close to being fraudulent.
Free trial for UK not free if you don't…
Free trial for UK not free if you don't watch the date carefully because they use the American date format
02/11/2022 actually means 11th February not 2nd November
Sketchy
Sketchy. Kept on charging my card after I cancelled. Finally stopped thru PayPal. I think. They suck.
They sell your email address
I started to create an account and I stopped when I got to the costs and closed the window but not before I had put in my email address as part of creating the account. They emailed me soliciting me to complete the registration and at the same time I started getting bombarded with junk email. Point is they gave/sold my email address to many other retailers. The only way to stop them is to mark them as spam because they ignore you unsubscribe requests but, I don't think that all email platforms provide for that. Certainly not Outlook.
I thought I had cancelled my membership…
I thought I had cancelled my membership going through their account management section. Several months later realized it was still in effect, still charging me $6.99/month. Going through their process again, I see that after selecting to end the monthly withdrawal, a page comes up with ads for special e-cards which I saw the first time I tried to cancel. This time I realized I needed to scroll down several pages and at the bottom they had 2 choices, 1) to continue and 2) to cancel with the first selection to continue already selected. Once I overrode their default and selected cancel, another page came up and again 2 choices were given with the continue already selected so I had to override that as well. That finally cancel my subscription…boy are they sneaky!
A fraud company
As most of reviewers have bad experience from blue mountain that tricked by their free trial, I was canceled a day later but still got billed for three months of $4.99. And the worst part is blue mountain fraudulently used my another credit card billed me from this year June, $4.99 July $4.99 and August $6.99 which from year ago I might have use this card for their free e card purchase. I didn’t file a dispute of fraud charge because I have a few of monthly subscription charges, if I make a report to my credit card company that results of replacing a new card and I have to update my new credit card info to my monthly subscription which I try to avoid. I leave this review is to warn people do not got tricked by blue mountain their free trial e card offer because blue mountain will still bill you even you cancel the free trial without your consent. Blue mountain is fraud on line e card company that illegal charge customer by using their credit card info. Do Not Use Blue Mountain At All! I will report to BBB for Blue Mountain fraudulently charge customer by using their credit card info.
Scam business
Scam business. You can't delete your account, remove credit card information, or cancel your membership for an extended period. It seems that cancellations only last a month, then you're automatically renewed for the next month. There's no 'you're resubscribed and will be charged' email, and there doesn't seem to be an option to get such an email. There's also no confirmation of any kind that you've 'cancelled' so credit card chargebacks are more difficult. It's also never stated that you're only cancelling for one month.
A card I ordered did not arrive . sent to the wrong address by Blue Mountains.com
A card I ordered did not arrive and on investigation I noted that it had been sent to the wrong email address despite me copying and pasting the correct address.
They are refusing to address my complaint by email
Disreputable company.
Don’t be tricked into “Free 7 day trial”
I signed up for the free 7 day trial and they took one months membership from me .. it is a total con!! This was on day 2 of the 7 day trial!! I have written to them twice and only get automated responses!! Avoid at all costs!! Do not sign up for the supposed free trial!!
Disappointing
Disappointing. A scheduled card was never received. For another, the email address (which I use daily) was said to be invalid. Have cancelled.
Took payment without notification
Took payment from my credit card of $19.99 without notice - a year on from paying the original subscription fee. Did not want to renew. Was not warned of payment. Trying to get it back...

I have been 100 % satisfied with the ecards I have sent for different occasions to family and friends, especially during Lockdown when it was difficult to buy and send greetings cards. I love the quirky songs and graphics 😊
Online predators; turned responsible, caring business people!
I apologize if took me so long, i had forgotten, but Blue Mountain immediately reimbursed me all the money. They made it quick and easy. Thank you Blue mountain. I'm changing you to a 5!
Another leach of a company who's whole business plan revolves around the client forgetting to cancel the service and getting exorbitant price for what is never worth it. So I got one e-card that I sent last minute to my niece for the low low of $19.99. Great service guys, keep up the good work of exercising our memory

I signed up from a free trial and canceled 2 days later, but I was still charged the $4.99 monthly fee. I called and spoke with a representative at Blue Mountain and they said they dont refund already processed monthly subscriptions. I did a stop services on them and will not do business with them again.
Dont call it free if you cant cancel it during the trial period.
A bunch of crooks might be a kind description
I wish I had read the reviews before I signed up to their free trial
I cancelled by email as instructed a day before the free trial was due to end and I was still charged $4.99
Have taken it up with Paypal too
Get standard answers to my emails to their customer service which do not address the issue
