They get ZERO stars! Complete scam. I ordered the flappy bird bracelets that you scan and it gives you a Bible verse. Well each time you scan it, it gives you an incorrect verse that doesn’t correlate with the Bible. For example it said that this verse Trust in the Lord with all your heart lean not on your own understanding but acknowledge him in all your ways and he will make your paths straight came from Job 15:11, that’s my most fav verse so I know it comes from Proverbs 3:5-6. I tried it again and again and got several wrong verses. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt but they may have this so they can hack right into your phone. I have requested a refund from PayPal. Hopefully it goes through. I’m VERY disappointed.

The reason I gave 1 star because I had to, I would give none if I could!
I ordered advent calendar as everyone else on this review, I should have checked these review before I paid!
I’ve never received order confirmation nor shipping information after I paid so got suspicious and decided cancel order. After 4 emails to cancel order, they replied my order has been delayed, asking to be patient. Luckily I paid through PayPal, I escalated to case to customer service, then this scammer emailed orders item has shipped now and it is too late to cancel order, offered 30% discount as a compensation. Thank to PayPal, they reviewed case and now they issued refund. Do not buy from them people!!

Ordered 2 stationary advent calendars on 9th November.
No delivery no response no refund.
Shocking.

Complete rip off!!! I ordered the build a Christmas tree advent calendar. Quick to take my money but no delivery. Ordered on 31st October, complete radio silence. Never again!!!

Received my gnome calendar that was nothing like the pictures or video. Scamming people is what they do for a living. How do you sleep at night. It's a piece of tat.

Gnome calendar come finely and hat can I say it's a joke plastic pieces, 3 Gnome and the size of a a4 piece of paper, not worth the money not what was shown or describe. Disgusting how I can get away with doing this

Just like lots of people here I bought the gnome advent. It's arrived and nothing like the advert. It's 7 inches! When talking to this so called company on messenger .they had the audacity to call me a.scammer lol.
Please.tell me how I've scammed you when I'm over 30 quid down for one of your so called products that's nothing like the one you've advertised???

I order 3 items from this company in September. They have taken payment and I have received no items.
I have emailed them numerous times and nothing.
These items were meant for gifts.
If you are not going to send the items at least have the decency to inform your customers and arrange a refund

As far as I am aware I have never purchased anything from this company. But they are taking £19.99 a month from my account. I have only just found out. Not impressed

I had been looking for some decorations for my family christmas cake but could only find cheap plastic ones, then I discovered Blue Ribbons and they had really well made cake decorations in original designs that I know will be treasured for many years to come.

I was extremely impressed with Blue Ribbons, they had exactly what I wanted and at the right price.
I placed my order online on Saturday and it was delivered on Tuesday. I didn't even choose the faster delivery service.

Will definitely be buying again from Blue Ribbons and have no hesitation in recommending them.

I ordered a mix of boxes and cards to finish off some Christmas cakes I'd made for family. It all arrived in a large padded envelope which I thought was good. But when I opened it, it had been very badly packed and instead of folding the cake boxes along the score lines to keep then in good shape/condition, they had been folded in an adhoc fashion and have been badly creased & bent out of shape. Yet, the 'Christmas log' box was excellent and faultless. However, the major disappointment was in the silver cake card which was basically thick card badly cut up. It has rough edges and damaged corners and having bought 6, cannot use any. I kinda expected a 'cake card' with sealed edges and a paper overlay on the bottom. Very cheap... In price yes, but also quality. Tried to edge them with Christmas tape but still look terrible. However, delivery was fairly quick and overall the prices are good. It's hard to rate because in this order I got some 5 star products, some 3 star products and some utter junk that doesn't even rate a star... Hence I average a 3 star rating.
