Ordered a MMC memory card sized item on th 6th notified them on the 8th and again ont the 9th That I wished to cancel, eventually they responded on the 12th to say it had already dispatched but I could return it when it arrived with no mention of time limits. The item (in an ordinary padded envelope) didn’t arrive until the 16th by which time I was away and unable to resolve this, but since I thought myself to be dealing with a reputable (albeit slow) company I was unconcerned However when I wrote to them to ask for a return address a week later on the 25th I was told I hadnt notified them in time. Since then they have ignored all attempts to contact them
