Ive bought from this site 3/4 times and everything arrives promptly with tracking also as standard. I had an issue with a scales I bought a year and a half later and called to see if they could help. Even though it was out of warranty Gerald (the owner) was very helpful and even shipped me out a replacement scale at no additional cost. Excellent customer service and got through to a human immediately on the phone line, which honestly is so rare these days. Great website with excellent discounts on things you actually want and a great team behind it. Couldn’t reccomend them higher

They often have parts that are very difficult to find, at very reasonable prices both for the product and for international shipping.

Customer support is excellent and they will do everything possible to get the package delivered, even when shipping issues occured

Ordered a bottomless portafilter for my lelit Anna. Shipped to Canada, received it in nine days with a tracking number provided. The portafilter appears to be of high quality at half the price of OEM. Comes with the double basket that is exactly like the one that came with the Anna. I would recommend both this portafilter and Blue Star Coffee.

update 2: finally 17 february the package was delivered! it took for a while, more than 3 weeks, but i have to say it was worth waiting. my old Rocket is working again. :) little bit slow delivery, but good, quality spare parts! thank you, cheers

update 1: 11 february the package has reach customs. delayed, but on its way.
I will get back and update review again once i have the package.

I needed a new Portafilter and gasket for my Gaggia. There was a good choice of products, they arrived quickly to Spain, and I am very satisfied with the quality. The portafilter is of the same standard and weight as the original from Gaggia.

Since January 25th when I placed the order, I still haven't received it.

Ordered a Portafilter puck, it was a seemless process. Got instant confirmation of order and knew exactly where the item was every step of the way. Needed a specific sized 49.5 mm which is hard to get hold of. Thank you all at Bluestar.

Jan 7 I placed ann order at 8:38. I sent an email at 8:52, just 14 minutes later requesting order cancellation. Jan 12 I received the pump I did NOT need, Jan 14 I received an email stating “We were too late to stop it”and giving me a tracking link for the package I already had.
The good news it had a link for me to leave this review, ironic no lol.
