terable sevice i am going to report them to fraud police if i dont i reply by friday

Anybody any luck with contacting them? need to buy few chairs to match what already got from them.

Bought a table which was due to arrive originally in February. I was than informed in early February that it would now arrive end of March. I can now no longer contact them - their website is down, their telephone number is dead, their emails bounce back. Absolutely no way of contacting them and haven't had any update from them as to what is going on. So they seem to have taken my money and ran. What a horrendously awful way to operate a business.

I have used this company for many years and always been happy with the service and the products. However, I have some items on order including a sofa and was given an ETA of the end of February. I have not had an update. The website is down as are the social media pages. My e-mails are bouncing back and the phone appears disconnected. Ther is nothing filed at Companies House which indicates what is going on.e

I bought an expensive chair. We got an email to say it was in their warehouse. then nothing. We have had no reply to our email, no one picks up the phone and no one responds to the website help section.

We have now been trying to contact them for over a week (before the Cov 19 rules about working from home)

We then googled their office on a map and tired to call a neighbour of theirs whop says we aren't the first person to have trouble contacting them.

They look legit - but seem to have taken our money and gone very quiet. Very worrying.

Hi bought the eames lounge chair and ottoman about 7 years ago and is still going strong! I was pleased to find on the one I bought there was no assembly! The only concern and I cannot think why I never got in touch with them but after 6 months the 2 buttons on the seat of the chair and 1 off the ottoman a bit later came off! I never got in touch and they are still off! Apart from that the build quality and the leather is great! Dissapointed about the buttons coming off though! Still and great and comfy chair though! Couldn’t afford a VITRA one unfortunately! Maybe one day.

I just received the Corona chair, it is perfect. The quality is way better than I expected, their customer service and delivery were excellent. I have purchased items from them before and will continue to do so, they do not disappoint!

I have just received 5 items from blue sun tree. All of these are fantastic quality and the delivery was extremely prompt. Thankyou the efficiency and the customer service! I would defiantly recommend blue sun tree and I will be using them again.

Ordered chairs, came and are exactly as I wanted, look perfect, completely as described and pictured.

One minor hiccup on delivery, delivery company didn't deliver within 3-5days which I had paid for.
