!!! Do not order from this website !!!

Order an MacBook Air sleeve in december.
It is now March and I still haven't received it.

The worst thing of all, they don't seem to have any form of customer support.
Their phone doesn't seem to be working. They don't answer emails.
I've asked for a refund about 5 times and still no answer.

The only reason I put 1 star is that it doesn't allow me to put zero.
Worst online shopping site ever.

Very poor retailer - AVOID AT ALL COSTS

I ordered items for my iPhone at the start of December. I emailed in January to say the goods hadn't arrived and all they responded was what is your full postal address. I provided this and had to phone several days later for an update. Seemingly the supplier sent the goods!!! They offered to resend the items as they now had stock. These replacement items coming first class never arrived so a week later contacted them. No response. A few days later I emailed again and asked for a refund. Yet again no response and no refund. Will be informing consumer council. This company is atrocious and should not be allowed to trade. They basically take customers money under false pretences and seem unprepared to communicate with customers.

Customer Service is a Joke!!!!

This company is a complete farce, i ordered a simple cover for an Iphone 4, but after two weeks, nothing, i Emailed them, no replies, phoned three times over a week, to hear the same rubbish about it should have been shipped and ill personally go down to the warehouse to make sure its shipped today, after three weeks, i asked for a refund, only to have a rude woman slam the phone down on me as i was talking, AVOID them at all costs, pay a couple of quid extra and get it delivered the next day off a decent company who actually dont fob people off.

Purchase online from Norway

One of the greatest and best service i have ever seen. I have purchase case's and invisible shieds + bluetooth bracelet all the way from Norway and i got my order after either two or two and halv week. Its absolutely awesome!
I will always buy!

Gadgets have always remained my favourite interest. And serving in Blueunplugged as brought me closer to them. I have been working there as the technical writer for last 5 years. And the experience is flawless as I get an opportunity to write on the gizmos and remain updated with the latest.

75 days-item still not delivered!

The website said that the product i ordered was out of stock, but would be in stock in 3-7 days. this was 75 days ago! Still have no product delivered, no contact from the company, refusal by them to swap the ordered item for a similar one in stock etc.

Don't bother buying from them.

Took 17 days before I decided to cancel !

I made an order with blueunplugged on boxing day. When I ordered, they had one item listed as out of stock, due in 3-7 days. I knew it would be a little delayed being the Christmas period, and the 3-7 days weren't a problem.

As of yesterday, it still says on the site, due in 3-7 days, and my order still "Not Shipped", 17 days after my order, its still telling people 3-7 days !

I emailed them twice, at two different emails they have listed, and didn't get a reply, I then had to phone them and demand a refund as they could not provide the goods.

Today, a day after phoning and getting a refund, I get an email from them saying they thought this had been dealt with yesterday. They obviously don't check dates of emails sent.

This was my first order with blueunplugged, and it will definitely be my last ! The only reason i ordered from them was because they were a little bit cheaper than everywhere else.

After I got the refund yesterday i made an order with mobilefun, dispatched within 30 minutes, delivered in less than 24, and only £2 more expensive than blueunplugged. Lesson learnt.

Misleading website

Avoid this company full stop! bought a charger for £3.95 on the website it states free delivery, but was chargeed £4.99. I was told I ticked the wrong at 9:08 and they said I could get a refund and redo the order. At 9:10 I got an e-mail saying it was shipped at 9:10 thats two minutes later. Teh website says free delivery! and they didnt provide this or want to give me a refund either.

Extremely poor service

I ordered three items valued at £10, and paid £5 for NEXT DAY Delivery. One such item was essential to being able to use my mobile phone (charger lead) so I specifically checked that all the items wer in stock (all were). After a week the items hadn't arrived so I e-mailed customer services regarding my order. I received a reply stating simply "Item out of stock" and informing me that next day delivery guaranteed delivary the next day after the item was back in stock. 1 month later NONE of the items have arrived, even those in stock, and I have received no communications from blue unplugged expliaining or apologising for the delay. Effectively they have taken my money an run. I have sent another e-mail to customer service and await a reply. My advice - avoid like the plague.
