From start to finish its been a pleasure dealing with BluewaveSelect and specifically Robbie Griffiths.
He kept me informed at all stages and I haven't had to chase once for a response. He helped me to prepare for an online competency test and gave me encouragement, help and advice in advance of the interview.

An agency with a difference ! From start to finish Bluewave behaved professionally towards myself as a candidate and built a relationship with me before my current contract arose. Their description of the role upfront was indepth and accurate and they took care to understand my motivations and personal circumstances. During contract negotiation they were helpful and easy to work with and on an ongoing basis invoices are consistently paid on time. I would definetly recommend Bluewave and would not hesitate to work with them again.

The team at Bluewave provide an outstanding level of service. We were a greenfield SAP site and we have been using Vincent and the team for over a year now and they have never failed us.

Its not common to find this approach in the recruitment market as too often people are chasing a "sale" rather than a "best fit".

I worked with Vincent and Jonathan for over 6 months to aid us with a number of Perm and contract SAP roles in the business. These roles had been live for a long time. These 2 came on board and made a massive effort to understand the business, the culture and helped define what we needed. They were successful in filling the roles with excellent candidates where other "SAP specialists" had failed to deliver. Some roles where filled quickly, whilst some others took a couple of months, but they persevered where others gave up.

Their communication was excellent giving us frequent updates, even when the news wasn't always good.
