Scam scam scam

Do not buy from this company they are a ripoff. First of all they are overpriced. Once you speak to the sales representative you will never hear from them again , finance is a joke and so is customer service noone knows anything. No way to cancel within 3 days noone answers phone. This place is a SCAM!!!!!!

Where do I even start got my order…

Where do I even start got my order months after it should have been here the installers did a sloppy job, pool cleaner sent doesn’t work had a replacement and still having issues. Have sink wholes at bottom of the pool had to drain the whole pool to have them come try to fix and still have sink holes at the bottom. Was very excited at first now very frustrated and this pool isn’t cheap. I would shop around before coming to Blue World Pools. They do have good customer service though that is one plus.

The best

The techs were extremely nice and very friendly. Answered all of my questions in full detail. And the customer service over the phone is very pleasant always can tell they have a smile on their face.

Sean Warren can never be contacted …

Sean Warren can never be contacted concerning any matter. It's as he doesn't exist. One year after they claim they couldn't take payment from my bank account they call. Bank manager verified they never tried, bank statements also showed nothing. Can't install pools in state of Georgia
RIP off company. Sean I have tried calling you on that number and extension. Never received a single call back after I left numerous voice mails. I never disputed transactions . Your company will harass people consistently all day long. Your Financial Department will call customers liars, will not believe bank statements nor take money out of your accounts for payments. So I tried . Show people the truth about your company. Blue World Pools isn't even BBC ACCREDITED.

I can provide all the documented contact efforts on our behalf. Once we receive a dispute we do not run that card again. That is the correct way to operate when collecting money. Why would we run the same card again? To get another dispute? Furthermore common sense dictates if you weren’t making the payment and wanted to do so you would call us! If your mortgage company didn’t take your payments wouldn’t you call them? We certainly had been calling and you were avoiding our calls. The last time we tried to reach you was in January! If you are eager to bring your account current please call me at that number any time. I would like the opportunity to sort through our differences. Thank you for your time in this matter. Again Blue World Pools can install pools in Georgia. Keeping a customer current is a priority, we would never ever not run a customer’s payment intentionally. Blue World Pools currently has an A+ rating with the BBB.

If I could give less than one star I…

If I could give less than one star I would! We made a appointment for them to come out, they call and reschedule it for the following day. We waited around all day (Saturday) they never showed up or called. I had to call them after they were 3 hours past the set time. They rescheduled again for later in the week.... when that day come the same thing again. Horrible service no techs show up!

THEY ARE A COMPLETE SCAM

THEY ARE A COMPLETE SCAM. CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS. THEY PURPOSLY AVOID YOUR CALLS SO THAT YOU CANT CANCLE. IF U CANCLE AFTER 3 DAYS AFTER YOUR APPOINTMENT THEY CHARGE YOU 50% OF THE PURCHASE PRICE. AND BY THE WAY THE POOLS ARE NOT $399 THEY RANGE FROM $16,000 AND $45,000. THEY IMMEDIATELY REFER YOUR CASE TO COLLECTIONS IF U REFUSE TO PAY THE 50% TO CANCLE. STAY CLEAR OF THIS COMPAY BY ANY MEANS NECESSARY. YOU ARE BETTER OFF BUYING A POOL FROM WALMART

We received a phone call 2 weeks after the purchase. We have no other record whatsoever. There is section of the contract all customers must initial so to elimate any confustion that states, "Purchaser(s) acknowledge and agree that this pool contract can not be cancelled by telephone. Any cancellation must be done with the notice with the "notice of cancellation" located at the bottom of the contract." We wanted to make sure situations like this would not happen. The three business day cancellation period is a state and federal law, not something Blue World Pools invented. Blue World Pools has since resolved our differences with Mikesha to her complete satisfaction. We are loving our pool

We are loving our pool! Putting in only 2 gallons of bleach a week is quick and easy. We are looking forward to making many memories this summer.
We would recommend Blue World Pools to our family and friends.
