Love the pool

Our overall experience was excellent. Fair price salesperson not pushy, installation team arrived on time and completed everything within one day and gave us all of the information we needed to start learning to maintain our new pool.

When I purchased the pool from them my experience was amazing. They installed everything very carefully and correct. Also they are always checking to make sure the pool are working correctly! Just a great company.

I ordered a pool, and for personal reasons I was unable to keep the order and canceled the next day, but the $1000 deposit has been pending for a month and I still haven't received it. They give you three days to cancel the purchase without penalty or obligation if you decide not to buy the pool.

Pool is very durable, I like the low chemical system and customer service has been easy to deal with.

My pool was installed two years ago, and we use our pool daily in the summer. It is the best investment I believe we have made. It has held up wonderfully and the quality is wonderful. Customer service is amazing. I needed a fresh ionizer going on my third season, which is amazing in itself. I called customer service to order a new one and they got me taken care of that day. They are so easy to work with. I would recommend them 100% to anyone looking at pools.

I ordered a blue world pool and even put down a deposit and then to my surprise by Jeff Tolbert has the audacity to call and demand $24,000 cashiers check. I have not seen a pool. I have not experienced a pool. I have not even seen the material of this pool and then goes on to tell me how I’ve signed the paperwork and that they would put a lien on my house and then I would owe 100% whether they installed the pool or not this is the worst business practice I have ever experienced in my life. I am a 55-year-old woman that has been stable in her home for 21 years and I was so excited about this pool so much for blue world pools. I would not recommend them and I damn sure wouldn’t give him a dime before you see and have the pool installed. They’re pushy, demanding and disrespectful.
