I’m not being impatient I just need my books to be made correctly.
I got my order of books on Saturday March 7, 2022 and all 100 of the books have streaks going through the pages. I contacted blurb 3 times about the issue and I have yet to hear back from them. I have never had a problem with them responding to me in the past. I wish they would take care of the issue because I need to order more books.
***Edit*** Blurb contacted me and offered a solution to the problem. Blurb is the best. Can't wait to receive the new order.

How to ship some poems
Within two weeks, I received two books of poetry in the mail—one via Blurb and another from a huge purveyor of books online I will not name. They were about equal in size with glossy covers. The Blurb book arrived in perfect condition in a reinforced envelope. The other book came in a box with inflated plastic around a gift bag. I had to straighten it out.

No Quality Checking
I ordered 50 books and 31 were bad. More than half had ghost images or text from other books printed on the pages. They were responsive and fixed the issue but it shouldn’t have happened to begin with. I don’t want to do a bulk order and have to check every single book each time to make sure it’s good and then have more than half end up being bad.

Don't Expect Exact Color Rendering in Future Copies of Same Book
As per Blurb's recommendation, I made one copy of a photo book to evaluate the color rendering. As I was quite pleased, I ordered 5 more copies. The color rendering was not as good as the original book. The warm tones were just a fraction off from the original. So, in the end, I would have been better off ignoring their recommendation and ordering the six total books as one order from the start.
