I just got a second notice to leave a review about my recent order from Blurb. I'd like to review the photo book, but I haven't received my copy yet!

I created a photo book and ordered two copies on April 15. They were shipped on April 20. One took a week to be delivered to Maryland. Pretty slow, IMO, but acceptable.

The other was shipped to me in Hawaii, and according to USPS and Blurb's tracking pages, was supposed to be delivered on May 6 - but it wasn't. The Blurb order info page now says it should be delivered by May 16. That's over a month from when I placed my order. I'm hoping I'll see it by then.

I'd ordered before from Blurb (Dec 2020), and shipments were delivered very quickly with UPS and FedEx. Now they're apparently trying to save some money by using a service called UPS Mail Innovations. And its not like this was "free shipping" - they charged me $15.99 to ship a single book!

I sent Blurb customer service a message about this on May 6. Probably due to the weekend, I haven't heard back from them yet. I look forward to hearing their response.

I wanted to create a book of my photography to give my children. Might be the only inheritance they get fom Dad. I was nervous about the quality of printing. But, these folks exceeded my expectations! I'm gathering photos for volume 2.

Came faster than the expected shipping date. Quality of pages is excellent, my pictures came out nice, and nothing was cut off.

My book came out great as all the others they've printed for me.

Package arrived in a timely fashion. Also it was packed very well. Thank you for for such great service!

Disappointed that they printed my book without even check if they page numbers were in.

I am always happy with my books from your business, I gave a 3 because I wanted an answer sooner than I received one because I was ready to send the book off but had to wait to insure it would be right. It took at least three days to get a response and I searched the help site but didn't find what I was looking for. I did get an answer finally, I just wished it could have happened sooner.

I believe I ordered white end papers, but got grey instead. Still looks beautiful though. Used the Indesign plug-in which worked pretty well. I want to create more books!

Blurb is great. However, the companies that deliver the books to me (DHL and FedEx) are hopeless. They deliver late and often have used weeks to go through customs. Blurb try the Postal Service or an other carrier.

It was quick process getting after I published it. Quality of my book is fantastic.

Being able to use Adobe Indesign to design and layout my books was essential. Using InDesign to convert my monochrome images to CMYK was key to getting the results I wanted. Blurb's InDesign plugin was easy to use and made the whole process almost seamless.

Your computer glitch happened just as I ordered 32 book reprints. I recieved 20 of the 32 books very timley. The other 11 have yet to arrive. I realize it wasn't anybodys fault, but it was the only thing keeping this from the Excellent catagory!!

A Pretty Happy Camper.

Our book was printed and sent to us within about a week, so delighted. We are very happy with the printed book...a reminder of some holidays. Blurb is a very easy and straightforward program to use, especially as I am not particularly computer literate. We have made a number of these books now and been equally delighted with the printed book each time.

I love using Blurb! It's easy and fun and my books are always beautiful!

Excellent print quality and competitive pricing... Have recommended to many clients.

The service was great my problem is with the papers. It would help if there were samples of the available papers that I could order.

The magazines came in mint condition and the shipping was quick. Definitely will buy more magazines for here in the future
