Not happy. We ordered two babydolls and only received the tops. The models shown are wearing panties and there is no disclaimer that panties are not included. I have sent a message to customer service (they say they will respond in 24 business hours) stating we did not receive the panties, and have not heard a response. Over the years we have purchased many babydoll pajamas and they ALWAYS come with panties. If panties are not included, then we feel Bloom's ad is deceptive. That said, the tops are beautiful and are well made. They look great on my wife. Given that quality, we would like to buy more, however given this experience, we will not purchase anything more from Bloom, and will discourage others from purchasing.

At Blush, our tops and bottoms are intentionally sold separately rather than as sets. This allows customers to select the appropriate size for each piece, as a medium top, for example, does not necessarily mean a medium bottom will provide the best fit. The individual product pages and descriptions reflect the specific item being offered, while the accompanying photography may show coordinating pieces to demonstrate the complete look. The coordinating underwear are displayed on the product pages of the items as “complete the look”
