Well how can I start I purchase one pants it was sent to me with the label size cut off the pants. It didn’t fit. I went to sent it back they don’t even have a customer service number. It tell you to sign up in order to set up a return it doesn’t give you the option to put in an order number it also says I have no purchase history how I’m supposed to return the item. Stay away. For a first time buyer I don’t recommend.

2. If multiple items need to be returned for the same order, please tick Finish when applying for return for the first time. If you apply for a return form again, the recipient needs to pay to return it and blushmark cannot reimburse the shipping fee.

I made an order 3 weeks ago, my order was supposed to be delivered today ,still hasn’t came . I also didn’t receive a tracking number or email confirmation and the tracking on their app has been stuck on “ successfully made it through customs “ for three days. This is an unprofessional company, I made a big order and I expected to get my order in a timely fashion and I still haven’t received it. This is so frustrating because this is my birthday weekend and I don’t even have the clothes I ordered ! I definitely do not recommend and if I don’t receive my order or refund I will be taking legal action.

Ordered some soft wife and they sent it to the wrong address. Lamber was rude and when we gave him the same rude treatment made a threat to block us. At this point we did not get a refund or replacement item... at this point its stealing and they are going to be reported to the better business bureau
