Avoid

Review: 1 Star – Avoid this garage
​I would strongly advise against using this garage for anything. My experience was an absolute nightmare of incompetence and poor customer service.
​The Issue: I brought my car in for a specific fault virtually after purchase from this garage. It took five separate visits, and they still couldn't fix it.
​The Result: After wasting a significant amount of time and money with them, I took the car to a Mercedes dealer. They diagnosed and fixed the issue in 15 minutes.
​Lack of Care: During one visit, they kept my car for two days to "find the error." Not only did they fail, but they didn't even have the courtesy to top up the fluids or provide any basic level of service despite the inconvenience they caused.
​Management & Attitude: The Service Manager, Dave, was incredibly rude on the phone. Instead of being professional about their inability to find the fault, he spoke to us as if we were "idiots."
​Despite their claims of having "highly skilled technicians who can fix any fault," they were completely out of their depth. Save your time, your money—go somewhere else.

This was the worst experience I have…

This was the worst experience I have ever had with a car dealer! I went all the way from Newquay after I called beforehand to make sure I could test drive the pick-up vans. On arrival, I looked at a couple of the pick-ups and asked a stocky guy if I could test drive 2 vehicles. His face turned red and he come right up to me and said:
" Mate, I am too busy for that! You choose ONE vehicle for a test drive, and then you buy it if you want it. I dont have time for anything else. That's how we work. Mate... "
