My Uniscan does not connect to my laptop or two different mobile phones. I contacted BMDiag for support. They asked me to return it, which I did, and they contacted me to say it was working fine for them. They returned it but it still won't work on any of the three devices. Having contacted them again, they have said I will have to contact the supplier of the item, and have now gone quiet on me. I am stuck with a £52 non-working device. Not impressed. They seem to have washed their hands of it.

Excellent service. Robert couldn't have done more to help me. I wouldn't highly recommend this company. Service/ knowledge/ customer service / And postage is fast. Thank you

I ordered the OBDstar IScan Ducati.
Communication was good, Robert phoned me on a Tuesday apologising for missing my web chat message, saying they’ll send the device out that day and will be with me Wednesday. (Im in England so was impressed) I received a tracking update from DHL saying Thursday (no longer impressed) no bother.
Then, I receive the item as per what Robert said, Wednesday (back to being impressed).

Super friendly company to deal with and will happily use again for any diag tool I need in the future.

We had a software issue on the Harley Davidson programmer. I spoke to Rob at the weekend regarding this and I have had continuous messages since then regarding what was happening what the answers were coming from the manufacturers regarding a solution went to retry the unit and tonight I have come home to test the unit again and they have solved the problem. I can’t recommend Rob and his company enough for their continuous support and help through this issue the service is second to none, highly recommended.

We were after some diagnostics for a varied fleet of trucks and vans, some of our trucks are over 25 years old, we got an excellent diagnostic reader for our vans, the company went out of there way to help us over come some minor issues we had installing it, which was basically because of my incompetence with computers, finding something reasonably priced to do our trucks was a bit more challenging because it is not there usual merchandise, but they managed to find an excellent diagnostic tool at a reasonable price, that does 99% of what we need, excellent service from this company

I'm always a bit skeptical when trying a new company online, but decided to give bmdiag a try due to their lower than normal prices. They did not disappoint and I have today received and tested the tool (AutoSim Pro) and it's great. No issue whatsoever in recommending them. 👌

Ordered the diagnostic kit & cable for my R1200RT on 1st February, arrived today.
Excellent service.
