I was trying to make a payment I was having trouble I had to call back four times the second time I got German I had to hang up call back couldn't get the right help call back got German again he was awesome he fixed the situation he was patient very polite very understanding knew what he was doing he did an awesome job he's definitely a star in my eyes . German is definitely an asset to your company. I wish I could get him every time I call

Interest rates are to high, they never let me refinance even though I have a perfect payment history and even when they sent me an email saying I can refinance they kept denying me.

I had been trying to understand what was going on with my account and payments for weeks. Mario took the time to ensure that I was accurately informed. Unfortunately BMG is not continuing the program with Hillsborough County Public Schools. That’s unfortunate, but Mario Oscar provided GREAT SERVICE!

German provided me with clear information about what I needed to do, stayed on the phone with me to make sure everything was completed, and verified everything with me before ending the call. He also explained the next steps and what I could expect moving forward.
