Lisa at BMI provided us with excellent service and support for our scanning needs. Because we were not able to previously see and test the scanner that we were recommended to buy, she managed to arrange that a demonstration model be couriered to our offices for us to test before making the final decision as to which machine to buy.

After quite a bit of research, I bought a commercial scanner via BMI Solutions as the price was market leading. Notwithstanding, the service was exceptional. We did have some initial issues with the machine, no fault of BMI, however, Lisa went above and beyond her remit to help us resolve. I would not hesitate to recommend this company for your scanner needs.

Freed up loads of space wasted on old documents and records I needed to keep. Like many had a massive backlog of paperwork which I needed to get rid of. Ongoing need for scanning these days is low so hired a scanner from BMI Solutions. Excellent service delivered when promised and for me easy to return in person on a trip to Bristol.

Excellent. Pleased with ScanSnap S1300. Only problem is the use of USB and want to scan to a portable hard drive as well as Evernote. My small hub doesn't seem to do the trick.

Quick delivery. Happy with the product.

My only issue was that it arrived a day later than I was expecting alough this wasn't a problem on this occasion

Customer service is excellent and should have six stars! Contact was prompt and informative, keeping me aware progress of my order. Competitive pricing and product as described. Dispatch and delivery very quick. I would rather give my custom to a company of this quality than the multinational, impersonal alternatives. Impressive all round.

I have used at least 3 different B&M store's, the staff are helpful and polite, if I had anything to complain about! It would be that on more than one occasion I have purchased things that are either out of date, or parts missing.

Purchased the Kodak i4250 from BMI and found the service to be responsive and helpful. They provided the best deal on the internet, and supplied me with a consumables kit, for free!

Phoned in an order yesterday lunchtime, it is arriving this afternoon. Invoice emailed through and follow up email to let me know the order was on it's way and the time of delivery. A fabulous service, I highly recommend this company and we will definitely use them again.

Working with BMI Solutions on a regular basis is a pleasure! Having dealt with them over several years now, I have built great relationships with the company and would happily recommend them knowing the service they offer is exemplary.

Having sent BMI and email query, Jason phoned back in person within the hour, confirmed my request and that we could make the order now over the phone. Lisa took the order, sent me VAT invoice and followed up with a tracking reference and also let me know it was to be delivered that day. Service like this is hard to find today, as smooth as an online order but with a human touch. Not only that but I made a 3 digit saving over the same item on Amazon. I would highly recommend BMI for anyone that needs a service like we remember but with the efficiency we've come to expect in business today. Well done Team BMI.
