I ordered my BMW 4 SERIES FALCON DISPLAY on Monday and received it on Wednesday. Same day I installed it. Very easy to install.

Previously, I had a different Android system, which was terribly slow. I don't want to name the brand. After installing FALCON Display I'm extremely happy. Everything works flawlessly, and it's also very fast. Exactly as described.

There are some bad reviews saying they don't respond or ignore their messages and don't receive tracking details (please ignore this type of review). But for me, they responded to every message. They answered all my questions. I received my tracking details the very next day. Great communication; the item came as described. Very attentive to detail and responsive.

I will highly recommend Bayern Mods.

Excellent service, ordered on Sunday delivery on Tuesday before 1pm. They were quick to respond to questions via Facebook messenger, very helpful.

Fast delivery - although after one year and 3 months the screen has completely failed, they will not reply to emails nor pick up the phone. I appreciate I am out of warranty but I only want advice. although even if I did have warranty it would not make one bit of difference at all in the slightest as the flat out will not communicate. avoid avoid avoid

Placed an order and received no email confirmation. It says on their website if the product is not in stock delivery can take up to 10 days but they will inform you of this at time of purchase. I didnt receive anything.
Money went out my bank as a pending transaction.
Unable to contact on their online form as it comes up with server error, and I don't have Facebook so their chat function was no use.
Emailed them twice got no reply.
Finally had to ask my sister to Facebook chat them, and only today they replied saying it would be sent today. She asked them to cancel the order and hours layer they replied saying the cancellation will be processed.

Cancelled due to poor communication from them and when you are spending nearly £500 it's really worrying when you hear nothing. It's a shame as have heard good things about this company but seems like they have been less active for the past year and there is a similar review to mine.

Bought the falcon 3 series android display for my f30.

Didn't receive a confirmation email or any tracking info. Contacted them 4 days later and was told its being sent today and will arrive next day before 1pm. Next day I didn't receive anything so I messaged bmods again and didn't get a reply. I waited another, still nothing so I message again and get ignored again.

I decide I'm just going to contact my bank and get the money back and I noticed they had refunded me on the same day they said they are sending it and it will be with me next day.

Unbelievably bad service.

Purchased a falcon display for my 2 series which arrived next day. Pulled out the dash and given the right space and short wires behind the screen and drive decided it would be best to seek professional fitting. Contacted Bmods who responded immediately with a fitting date. Big shout out to Julia and Ivan who had been extremely helpful given several accidents on the M1 which to me being very late for my appointment.

For the past 2 weeks, I've been calling and left a message as well as sending emails to query about the Falcon BMW 2 Series.

Absolutely no reply. That's enough for me to go elsewhere.

Ordered the 10.25 screen with Apple car play wired over 2 weeks ago.
Where do I start, well there was no instructions or details in the box so if you come across an issue basically you have to Google hard to find the answers.
I paid for Apple car play wired and didn't receive it. What I did get was a boot lid reversing camera that doesn't even fit my car so that's useless.
No explanation that on the 2017 Evo model of my BMW 1 series that you need to get the sound from the unit working via the cars USB, had to find that out myself.
Emailed them multiple times over two weeks with no response,
So in summary they are happy to take your hard earned cash but once that's done, your on your own.
Disgraceful way to run a company and leave customers high and dry.

Went to Bayern mods in may and on Sunday but if a delay getting there the boys were brilliant and very understandable got my f10 2012 screen upgrade to 12.3 brilliant all the way they were telling me what they are doing from extraction of old screen to install the new screen absolutely brilliant guys will come back for the ambience lighting soon 👍🏻 5***** to the boys

I went to BayernMods based in Derby December 2021, purchased and had them install an upgraded dash touch screen and reversing camera in a BMW F31 2012.These guys know exactly what they are doing, knowledgeable and courteous with a speedy turnaround of the fitment. I recommend all BMW owners to give these guys a call if your on the look out for retrofits and upgrades, just have a look at the website!

Where do I start, I wanted the Falcon Android unit, read the website and reviews so called ahead and checked for stock on 8th Jul. The unit was not in stock, but they had the Predator. We agreed a fitting date at the Derby site and set off a few days later. On route I called just to double check we were all ok, good job I did as the installer was off sick. We rearranged for 10am Mon 19 Jul, and received a txt confirmation. When I arrived on the 19th the installer was double booked and in Leicester! Got a phone call from the installer once I got home approx. 20 miles away, and he kindly arranged to come to my house 18:30 that evening to fit and would upgrade the unit to a Galaxy as a goodwill gesture. Then got another phone call to say he had been doubled booked again, and could I book another time!
I'm so disappointed that whatever booking system they have does not work, and they made promises they can't keep. Thankfully I only wasted 90mins from my day off with a 40ish mile round trip!
Needless to say, I won't be wasting anymore time or money with them.

Ordered the unit end of May. I contacted Bmods and was told the unit was available so paid online. The first delivery was really quick but received an incomplete set with the i-Drive controller missing. I contacted bmods and took some time for them to respond. I emailed, sent a message on facebook and finally called them and was told, they do not have the i-drive controller in stock and were waiting for it to arrive.
I constantly tried to explain that I probably have been send the wrong set as the main cable did not have a slot for the i-drive controller to go in but was ignored. I then waited a whole month to receive the idrive controller and then I know there is no slot for me to connect the i-drive controller.
I then called and finally spoke to Artur, who said he was going to have a look at the stock and send me the right cable and this was 10 days ago.
I have messaged but got no reply hence posting it here hoping I will get some response.

Update:
I have been finally sent the new wiring which allows me to connect the i-drive controller but when putting everything together, the controller still does not work. I will add two more start as they have tried to help fix the issue. I can understand that electronic items can be faulty. I have been offered to drive to Derby to have this looked at but it is a long way for me so not sure when I will be able to do this.

Updated: Installation instructions provided via link to youtube video, but doesn't describe everything. Luckily fitting the display is pretty easy. Difficult to get hold of support, so I assume they are busy. Replaced the incorrect item delivered. However still trying to get my last issue resolved

Well where do I start.?
We placed the order Tuesday, after being told the units where in stock after a shipment arriving in, and told 1-2days for delivery. They use the excuse the payment didn't process, it was delayed so would be shipped next day. However, Thursday came and we were told that the courier was delayed due to accident on the road, so wasn't collected, and would be collected on Friday. We still recieved no tracking details, and after messaging them 3 times on Friday, and them then read it & ignore it, we contacted them on Saturday and a lady answered and said she would send us over the tracking details. We did not get details but them to tell us they are cancelling our order instead! Apparently only now they want to tell us the unit is faulty, and they only have 1 of these units but in previous messages from them, they told us they had a shipment come in!
What a bunch of cow boys and avoid them, such shocking service! Would not recommend them at all!

I had been speaking with the guys at B Mods on messenger for a few days before to make sure that this was the best thing for me and my car. They were very helpful on messgener.

My wife and I popped over to have the unit installed and we were made to feel very welcome, we waited in their waiting room and played table football and had some coffee while they installed the unit.

Once it was installed they ran me through how o operate it and helped me configure it to my needs.

Excellent service and everyone was very polite.

Bought a unit from them to upgrade my current one for Apple Carplay. They contacted me to make sure to send me the correct one and was delivered promptly with tracking.
Installing the unit itself was simple enough though took me longer than expected.
Apple Carplay works very well but had some issues with sound not coming out of the actual unit itself. Response from them was quick and a quick talk with Arthur resolved my issues with nice and clear instructions.
Would definitely recommend these guys if you are looking to upgrade your head unit in you BMW!

Ordered Falcon display for my M140i with wireless carplay/android auto.

They got in touch to determine if I had NBT or NBT EVO. Sending a few photos quickly clarified this and my package was shipped out.

My cars age is at the borderline of wether it's NBT or EVO so appreciate they checked this.

Package was sent out RM special delivery and arrived next day.

I was expecting to see a dongle for the carplay but it's actually built into the unit with a license installed for zlink.

Fitting took about 30 minutes. Take your time and make sure every connector is fully home.

The 10" screen looks amazing in the car. There's a lot of settings to go through to get it just how you want it and everything working.

Sound quality....... Anyone researching these head units will probably be worried about the reports on poor sound quality through AUX. It's honestly pretty good on this one. I expected the worst so was pleasantly surprised and it's more than acceptable.

I did have an issue where the Farka cable I added on to order was not included. Emailed support and they popped one in post and delivered next day.

So to sum up I'm more than happy with the unit and with the service and support received from Bayern Mods.
