***WARNING***
This is regarding the mortgage arm of the Birmingham Midshires bank, which has appalling reviews anyway.
I am NOT a customer, yet they have performed 30 (to date) hard searches on my credit file. Upon calling them to ask why, they can’t help as I’m not a customer.

They will not stop doing this, despite repeated requests. I have issued a formal complaint to them, and will follow up with complaints to their regulatory bodies, including ICO and FCA.

If this bank have your details, check your credit report. They have no care for your privacy or data
