Multiple ESIMS, brilliant service
I've been using BNESIM for ages & have multiple esims. I bought my original one for use on my smartwatch in UK & now have non expiring versions for multiple countries for travel. My latest esim is a backup for my phone for bad signal areas for my provider & it works a treat especially with free Whatsapp data and different suppliers. Absolutely brilliant company.

A Truly Unique eSIM Provider With No‑Expiry Data
I discovered BNESIM in late 2023 through referrals after deciding not to follow the “major players” that many YouTubers promote. What immediately stood out is BNESIM’s unique offering: data that never expires. I genuinely couldn’t find another eSIM provider that offers truly no‑expiry data, and that alone sets them apart.
On top of that, they are one of the very few companies that can ship a physical SIM card internationally within two days via DHL. I ordered three SIMs for my family, and they’re still sitting in our second SIM slots because they’re just that reliable.
Customer service has also been excellent. Everything is handled in‑app—no need to call anyone—and their responses via both the app and email have been smooth and efficient.
After comparing many providers, I honestly haven’t found another company that matches BNESIM’s combination of features, reliability, and service. Truly impressive. And, I am still using the service daily as my internet backup!

Data starts counting after purchasing and not activating.
Data/days starts counting after purchasing. When I activate the 30 days sim card, I already lost 15 days. Other companies sell esim/data that starts when you activate the esim.

To clarify, our 30-day data plans begin as soon as they are purchased. However, we offer the ability to schedule the activation on the checkout page, which allows you to select a start date for your plan, giving you more control over when it begins.
Additionally, our lifetime data plans are a great option for those who want even more flexibility. While the plan starts as soon as it’s purchased, the data never expires, so any unused data can still be used, even after a year.
These are things our competitors don’t offer.

This service is just straight up scam. I opened an account and wanted to buy some E-sim for my travelling. I dont like using my credit card too much for online services because im afraid of being scammed. I Bought BNE Coins using a crypto currency and weeks after buying i still did not receive anything credited on my account. I contacted the live support 3 times and always get told that i need to wait for an reply and will get it within 24 Hours. Ofcourse those replys never came and now im just hoping that i did not get scammed. This is very frustrating and im telling yall DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. Terrible technical support and customer service
Usually the connectivity is no issue.
This time, I travelled to India and the sim never worked. Reached out to customer service, sent screen shots of set up, and apn settings but no solution. They keep telling me it’s being escalated to higher team but no response from them in 3 days.
Their customer service is a joke. Don’t expect to be treated with fairness

Used to be good
I have been a very satisfied BNE customer in the past. I am also technically versed.
Before my last trip, I wanted to top up my BNE eSIM for USA. This is something that would just take a couple of minutes in the past.
My old eSIMs cannot be topped up anymore. New eSIM for USA was activated after more than 1/2 hour. They claim it only takes seconds, but that is not true.
Now that I have 3 eSIMs from BNE it is super difficult to select the desired eSIM. Under iOS the eSIM labels get “restored” to some generic value after deactivation of the eSIM. 24/7 support did not react via WhatsApp. In the past support would help with issues.
In summary, I was able to get the eSIM working. But out of convenience I decided to give up on the remaining data credit I had on my old eSIM. And the whole procedure of setting up the new eSIM, figuring out how to select the correct one, etc. consumed much more time (hours) instead of minutes. I am sure that if BNE support had reacted, things would have been sorted out quicker.
Ideally, BNE would automatically notice that you are setting up a new eSIM for a region that you already had. Then they could offer to transfer remaining data from the legacy sim to the new one. This way you can delete the old eSIM and making selection of the eSIMs easier.
I am sorry to have recommended BNE to my friends in the past, because without the technical knowledge and patience they would not be able to resolve the problems I faced.

• It is not exactly true that you need a new eSIM for every location.
The reason we introduced new eSIM profiles is to offer better rates and more optimized coverage for each region. Most customers appreciate this because it allows them to access more competitive pricing.
• Regarding the activation time:
Activation indeed takes only a few seconds when the local network coverage is excellent.
If you are in an area with weak or unstable connectivity, activation can take longer — unfortunately, this depends entirely on local networks and is not something we can regulate or speed up on our end.
• About the eSIM activating the wrong country profile:
Could you please reach out and explain the issue in a bit more detail? This will help us investigate what happened with the “country C********” activation and assist you properly.
We also apologize if you did not receive a timely response from support. That is not the level of service we aim to provide.

Purched esim and phone numbers to use in China.
The data plan was slow but worked ok. The phone numbers were ti be used to send TXT messages and never worked. May chats with customer service. After 2 weeks of slow response I was told they had a system problem so text messaging would not work. I needed this services for 2 factor authorization.
