Still waiting for a game ordered in March. No communication unless initiated by myself. Disappointed as the D&D game was ordered as a birthday present.

No problems. Fast Delivery.

Fast delivery. Everything perfect. Was the first time I was ordering from Zatu from France and really efficient.

Really poor customer service. Had an issue with an order and contacted Zatu by email. They were rude and dismissive, would not acknowledge they’d made a mistake. Definitely do not buy from them.

I've bought from these guys loads of times, but a couple of years ago it took them three weeks to send me an "in stock" copy of Ticket to Ride.

I figured I wouldn't use them again, but here I am.

This time I ordered For the Princess. It was listed as in stock and due to arrive by last Friday at the latest. Instead, it wasn't even dispatched until five days after that, and they sent it on a two-day courier.

I contacted them, but there was no apology or explanation for the delay, and no attempt to upgrade the shipping despite the order already being late. The response was basically, "Yeah, we've just posted it."

It's just a bit rubbish. If an item is listed as in stock, honour the delivery times. If you can't, don't advertise it as such. At the very least, acknowledge when you've made a mistake.

3 stars because, when they get it right, they're great. Just make sure they actually have the item in stock before you order, or you could be left waiting.

Best deal on the internet, could not be beaten.

I live in Brazil and bought a board game for the first time at Zatu Games. I couldn't be happier with my new board game, which was very difficult to find on the Internet. The tracking system is great - including the service in Brazil -, the total price was fair and the game box was well protected. Now it's time to enjoy playing. Thanks, Zatu Games!

Item not arrived after several weeks, even though listed as in stock. Customer service no longer responding.

The ordering process was fast and easy. Company provided excellent communications during the shipping process. For an item that had to go through US customs, it arrived quickly and with no issues.

Quick and easy experience, and got my parcel earlier than expected. There was a slight dent in one of the games but nothing too major.

Everything was easy to find and purchase. Considering I had the game shipped to the US, the shipping fee was very reasonable and the game arrived in a timely manner!

I was able to get a game i really wanted but couldn't find elsewhere. The price was great and shipping was fast!

Everything went wrong.
Zatu didn't send me items with options I payed for and because of that I did't recieve them.
And even more they refunded me difference between 24 and 48h delivery. Complete disgrace

Wast variety of things to buy for war games. Fast delivery and great prices.

I bought a copy of Kingmaker 2 from Zatu as it was well-priced but I was a little wary as some reviews are poor (for both Zatu and Evri). In fact it turned up quickly and on time (I had paid the extra £1 for next day delivery so Evri wouldn't have it for too long), very well-boxed and in perfect condition so I am very pleased that I chose to buy from Zatu. It was all very efficient.
