Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service, terrible service center and the worst sales team. They fire one and hire another terrible person to work there. I got screwed every which way. I purchased 2 boats from them and wish I didn’t. I sold two boats to them and wish I didn’t. I love centurion and wish they would remove boardco as a dealer and make room in Utah for a reputable dealer to take over. Good luck out there band go buy another brand in Utah.

BoardCo held return money. Poor customer service

Poor customer service. Issue was a poor quality wakeboard binding/boots. (Company stated bindings fit sizes 7-10.5, yet size 9.5 men's feet kept slipping out of the bindings) Had to pay for returning the bindings for a similar brand that actually worked. Return shipping policy was vague with no instructions and company held part of the refund stating boots were moldy, however I shipped them dry to the touch. (Hmmm) The bindings were returned dry. Your company did not open the return promptly. So molding took place. They were wrapped in plastic. Maybe if you would provide instructions to not wrap the bindings in plastic and to perforate the box then condensation would not have occurred. Your lack of instructions resulted in this outcome and reply. Your company should have known that worn boots might have possibly contained moisture within the boot even though they were packaged dry to the touch. Poor poor customer service. This company is a dealer who orders mostly thru The Hyperlite Store. If I was The Hyperlite Store, I would seriously question allowing you to use their name on your drop shipping slips as your service also makes them look bad. As a Marine Corps veteran I take pride in integrity and doing the right thing. You've done nothing but blame a customer with lack of proper instruction. Never have I dealt with such a rude company where the customer is at fault. I highly do not recommend your firm to anyone. You've kept part of my money, so you've won the war, but lost the battle. Let me guess, your reply will state that the boots were moldy and wet. It will also state this is the first time addressing this issue. You've already replied that way on facebook so I just wanted to give a 'heads up' to potential buyers.
