Love it was awesome ok

The training was very educational, not confusing at all. Everything within the training and study guide was all understandable. Will definitely recommend to friends and family.

The only 2 things I didn't care for were the time you had to wait for each section to pass to be able to go to the next chapter as well is if you didn't pass a quiz you had to go through the whole chapter again. Otherwise it was very easy to use.

It's a good course but the timer when you are done reading is excessive. Also reviewing a whole chapter because a few missed questions is crazy. Why not review what you got wrong only

I went to buy one card and it said “you have not competed the required material”, but when I go to buy three of them it lets me.

I personally think the test is actual a great tool for new Boaters. The final test questions are kind of misleading on a few. Note: do the practice test, it is very helpful.

Retaking failed sections of the study text was also subject to timers, so if you spent 40 minutes on a section and then missed the test by one percent you had to repeat the 40 minutes. I wasted 5 hours studying material, most of that was waiting for timers to expire. A really idiotic program.

Getting the certificate with the proper name is tricky and quirky. I completed a log in for my son, he took the course registered in his name but the completed name on the certificate only had my name as the credit card holder. Of course after completion it states the name on the certificate is non-transferable and all the names on the account are correct except the certificate.

A very good class , and once my card arrives it help me save on my boat insurance. I would recommend this class to all boaters!!

The format was clear and easy to navigate, and I learned a lot!

The test was thorough and easy to understand. Multiple choice answers are always great but can be tricky! My only suggestion is I wish the time counter in between being able to click through the course pages was shorted. Sometimes it was only a paragraph and a picture and you’d have to sit and wait 3 mins to go to the next page. This could save a ton of time on going through the course itself much quicker to get to the test!
