I can only give B4R a 5 star rating having returned the product.
I purchased a pair of vibrating massage gloves which sounded like a drone flying about when they were activated - so not really a device for relaxation.
I sent them a mail requesting a return, packaged them up and sent them off and received my full refund a couple of days later so, in all, a very easy company to deal with and no hassle whatsoever apart from the walk to the post office.

All perfect but shame about customs duties
All perfect but shame about now having to pay for customs duties ... I am aware this is a collective responsibility from Brexit and not the personal decision of the company. All the same, it's a shame for customers outside of the UK, and I need to say this, thank you.

Thanks for your review :) Unfortunately, if you order from outside of the United Kingdom then you have to pay Customs Duties when importing products into your country. This varies from country to country and we have no control over this. Either way these taxes have to be paid to your country. Whether we charge you up front or you pay when you receive your order, the outcome is always the same. We wish it could be free.
