Charged Without Notice, No Response from Support

I was charged $199.98 by Body FWRD without receiving any emails, reminders, or warnings that my trial (originally part of a third-party bundle) would auto-renew. At first I thought someone used my card, as I never knowingly subscribed directly and didn’t provide my payment details to Body FWRD.

I discovered the charge by surprise and contacted the company within 10 minutes. I followed up multiple times, even contacting the founder — I received no response, except an automated account deletion email. Support never explained the charge or responded to my refund request.

My card provider declined to reverse the transaction, leaving me with no refund and no explanation.

Disappointing experience for a wellness brand — I expected transparency and customer care. I would caution others to be careful with free trials or bundles connected to this platform.
