Bodyguards was able to help me with my screen protector and listen to my needs and concerns and understood my frustration with my last order of screen protector and their screen protectors are the best on the market and now after how they went over and beyond to satisfy me and I am sold on this company and their products. had a issue with replacement first time ever body guard addressed it fixed it even before replacement arrived had body guardz for years and will continue !!

It's crazy that the replacement screen protector that they used to offer as free and is offered as a “warranty” costs $15. If I had known they were going to change their policies I would have never purchased. The original purchase price was $55 and it was supposed to be guaranteed. Not even good quality. The reason I’ve used them in the past was because of this warranty. I’ll be switching soon.

Excellent customer service! my screen protector broke soon after I got it and they immediately sent me out a new one, free of charge.

Sleazy company. I bought this phone cover and it came with a "free lifetime warrantee". Initially the "free" warrantee cost $10 for each replacement and now it's $14. There is also "free" returns for $1. I don't think they are less prone to scratches or cracking the other screens.

I did everything precisely as instructed yet the red light screen protector ended way above the outer edge of my phone (on top) I ended up putting in on manually. Getting the air bubbles out; impossible.

So ive used Bodyguardz screen protectors for the last 6 years. Always on point. Ive only warrantied a few times. We had a minor issue with my last order. I left a knee-jerk reaction review. I was wrong in my review. Sophie G from Bodyguardz customer service she responded, apologizes and then made everything cool. So i just first wanna say thank you Sophie G and Bodyguardz. I was wrong and ive been given some of the best customer service in the business.
I acted like a baby when my order was incorrect and i probably am the one who screwed it up. Either way I apologize and thank you so much for correcting the error.

BodyGuardz’s customer service and products are amazing. I got a new phone and would not use it until my screen protector and case arrived.

We received a teplacement screen protector that was out of its protective packaging and the cover keeping it clean was off.

I made note of it and literally within hours customer service sent an email offering a free replacement as well as apologies for the incident. I responded to the email and within 30 minutes a new protector had shipped and I had tracking information.

That gives a whole new meaning to customer service. Nothing could have improved on the way this complain was handled. Cudos to BodyGuardz for setting a new standard for customer service

Not sure if everyone will have the same experience, but i made a comment on their instagram post from their company page, saying my screen cracked. They inboxed me and set up a replacement claim and i upgraded to a privacy screen. They sent me a link with the item in the cart for me, paid a 5$ difference for the upgrade, and had a new screen in a few days. I didnt even need to speak to anyone. Screen is now registered and i can go through the website for all future replacements, super impressed with the level of customer service!

I have had iPhones since their inception and always use a screen protector. I recently purchased a BodyGuardz tempered glass matte screen for my iPhone 17 Pro. It was, and is, BY FAR the EASIEST installation of a screen protector that I have ever used! It took less than a minute to follow the excellent instructions and install a completely bubble-free protector. Well done BodyGuardz...you've got yourself a new, very satisfied customer!

Customer service was great. Got to the solution quickly and with customer satisfaction.

I had a great experience with this company. It started when I went into my local AT&T store to get a replacement screen, at which time they informed me that my guarantee was with BodyGuardZ. AT&T ordered the screen, and, not to fault them, the screen was delivered to the wrong street due to a USPS mess-up. Fortunately, it was just around the corner and I was able to retrieve it.

Immediate bubbles upon application, with recurring bubbling at the top around the camera island. Black border makes no sense less screen is visible and its not edge to edge. Disappointed.

As always, the customer service with BodyGuardz is outstanding. You have a concern, you email them, they reply within a day at most. Taadaa! Our questions are answered and we appreciate that there is a real person on the other end of our inquiry as opposed to AI or a bot. Highly recommended!

Totally not worth it. I paid over $40 for ONE SCREEN PROTECTOR and I still have to pay money to get it replaced. They say it’s FREE But only the shipping is. You have to BUY there products again. And again.
I broke my protector and tossed it without knowing they require you to ship the broken screen back which is kinda goofy. Save yourself some money and get your products of retail you’ll prolly spend less :)

I got a screen protector and lens protectors for S24 ultra. Both appear high quality and durable. Application process is stupidly easy, my cat could do it. Got oily fingers? Screen protector does not smudge easily, it keeps clean and clear.
