****Update! I received £500 refund after raising a dispute with my bank. Very easy to do, it took about 4 weeks from making the claim to receive the money back!****

I have had a similar experience to other recent reviewers.

I attended my appointment with two Groupon vouchers and was given the hard sell. I was put on the spot and ended up paying £500 up front with another £800 to pay in future.

Communication from this point was dire. I had requested a breakdown of the plan that I agreed to pay £1300 for and was promised on the day of the initial appointment. This didn't come for weeks and weeks. Arranging a second appointment was also impossible due to poor communication.

I finally arranged a second appointment and was then e-mailed asking if I would pay another £700 up front for a further reduction. This really made me suspicious and I read the reviews from people who have had similar experiences and so asked for a refund.

Despite being promised a refund, and having given over my bank details for said refund, I still have not received the refund, or a reply to any of the e-mails I've sent regarding this.

Groupon have refunded one of the vouchers in credit, they were unable to refund as he had cashed the vouchers in months before my first (and only) appointment! That in itself is incredibly suspect.

I've since been to a professional clinic who told me that the advice I was given at body shape clinic was completely wrong, and so it wouldn't have helped even if I had gone through with the treatments.

I will be contacting trading standards.

This man Raiba made me paid in advance and never gave me the treatment, never answer my emails nor my text messages. SCAM company reported to the POLICE.

I am in the middle of a package of treatments with Sid. The results so far I’m more than happy with and the environment is clean and fresh. Sod himself is knowledgeable, polite and friendly and does not pressure for a sales pitch. If you choose this clinic you won’t go far wrong.

I would not recommend Sid at body shape clinic as my experience with him has been extremely negative, which I regret to say. I have paid for treatment upfront (£100s of pounds) when treatment has not been taken due to numerous appointments being cancelled, rearranged and advised no availability, so a refund has been due and agreed with/by Sid. Sid has promised me time and time again he is going to refund my money when he gets home, but has never done so and has excuse after excuse. This has been ongoing for over 2/3 weeks. Sid has recently said himself that he promises he would pay with no excuses. Sadly still no refund. as well as being ignored when calling/texting regarding update on refund. It has been extremely stressful, frustrating and disappointing. With regards to treatment, I haven’t seen any changes either. Therefore I would not recommend body shape clinic to anyone.. especially when paying in advance.

Great location - very fresh and clean. The service was excellent - Sid put me at my ease and made me feel comfortable immediately while fully explaining the process and the results I could expect. The Trratment was painless and not too long - it's too early to see any results as yet but would happily return for further treatments that are on offer

Great comfortable place, unable to give final review as I haven't had full treatment yet...so far so good with great aftercare advise...but don't expect miracles and be realistic

Had my first fat freezing treatment yesterday . I was so impressed with the service and can't wait to see the results and come back to try a different treatment . Highly recommended

So today was my first visit to Shape Clinic and had a thorough consultation and then progressd with treatment. I was kept informed throughout the whole process. Very professional in every way. Am looking forward to my next session! Keep up the good work 😁

Sidique and Sophie are both very helpful , Sophie was very patient with me helping me to find the best appointment and very responsive to talk to on whatsapp she is helpful and kind.
The treatment was clean , professional and Sidique is clam and very good person. He is honest and helps you get the best out of your treatment.

Just visited the clinic again. Sid is very professional and considerate. Everything is explained to put you at ease. Im seeing and feeling the difference in my tummy and waist. Danielle works in the clinic now for those more comfortable with a lady doing the treatment. Highly recommend.

Really enjoyed my treatments from the Body Shape Clinic. The consultant made me feel very comfortable and made sure I knew everything that was happening, I’ve had fat freezing done on my stomach and I have seen instant results and will definitely be returning! Thank you Body Shape Clinic :)
