Sent bouquet to my sister in Amsterdam. I live in London. Had some problems ordering but the staff were exceptionally helpful especially Maritha. Made it all very easy and my sister was thrilled with the quality and presentation of the flowers. Delivered on time. Will use again.

Paid extra to have the flowers delivered on a specific time and day but the flowers were late which was very disappointing. Furthermore it was delivered to the neighbours even though the recipient was at home at the time of delivery.
Not a reliable company if you want your flowers delivered on time.

It was my second order made through BoeketCadeau. The service was very efficient and the flowers were very appreciated.

Very poor bunch of 10 tulips, no added greenery as ordered. I had ordered the bouquet of mixed tulips - medium size. The flowers delivered to my friend were not buds and will not last long. Very expensive and disappointing. Please send another perfect bouquet to my friend!

Booked on Saturday afternoon (NL time) .. my grandfather passed away and one of the only things I could do from Australia is sending some flowers to my grandmother as there is no option of being beside my family during this difficult time.
On the site it mentions 7 day delivery... But I was not offered to deliver on Sunday. Monday was my next best option. It stated that delivery would take place between 09:00 and 17:00. I called the office at 16:58 to quiery where the flowers were and was given the excuse that they had to buy flowers. (Monday, they buy flowers everyday... That's why you can give the 7 day fresh guarantee). Afterwards my order was finally delivered 17:40. Looking at the photo of what I'd ordered, they were far from what I paid for. I paid for larger... Was not worth what I paid. My grandmother was thankful for it so didn't make a issue of it. But would I use them again...
