3rd spin i hit free spins with landed me 1200.
When I went to withdraw they said I had to cancel my bonus funds first.
After cancelling my bonus funds my balance was 0.00
They say I made the 1200 with there bonus funds and as I cancelled the bonus it was now gone.

I deposited £20 and it took £40 without my permission and then they refused to give me my money back . Stating I had to spend all the money first before I could withdraw anything . They rob extra money off people, so then they don't have to give it back because it's ' the terms and conditions 'knowing full well the site is rigged to take extra money , then back themselves up saying I deposited it so they don't have to give it back.

The overall score here seems unfair from my experience. Yes you need to go through document checks but so you should on these sites. Once I had done that I withdraw some winnings and they arrived in 24hrs. As always with Gambling I have won and lost on this site. That’s how it works.
