Looks like "Clare's Accessories" cheap and low quality. I am embarrassed to present as a gift! They look nothing like the photos. Very disappointed.

Beautiful designs and amazing quality! Also loved their customer service. Very responsive! They helped me a lot with an issue where a piece broke. Many thanks Bohm, I keep buying from you! Love

For some reason my order never made it…
For some reason my order never made it out to me. It was returned to Bohm. When I asked Bohm to explain what happened, I did not get a response that explained anything. Will I be getting it sent out to me again? What was the reason it got sent back? Will I be getting a refund?
