Every order i've placed has exceeded my expectations.

I love the packaging and the option for gift wrap is perfect for presents, it makes everything looks so expensive!

I honestly wear Bohomoon head to toe, every single day and I don't take it off to shower or go to the gym.

The Customer Service Team is amazing too, always very helpful and understanding.

Awful customer service, refuse to replace or refund faulty items.

Bohomoon offers great quality and fashionable jewellery. Also delivers great service if there is any issues with the jewellery.

Very unhelpful "Customer Service". They posted my item to incorrect address. Never noticed on order as I had ordered from them before and so they had my correct address.

When I noticed the error and contacted them they blamed me for not noticing and said they are not responsible.

Dire.

Reply to below: I did not input my address. It was populated automatically, and as I had ordered before should have used my actual address. I have no idea where an address that is not mine was automated from.

To their credit however, I have been told my order has been resent to my actual address.

I have many pieces of jewellery from Bohomoon it’s of high quality it doesn’t tarnish so great for holidays or every day use there’s a huge selection to choose from some beautiful pieces the packaging is so sweet high quality all round great for gifts you won’t be disappointed.

Have been a loyal customer for years. But that will change. All my bohomoon earrings are turning my ears green. The clasp of the earrings turn green. I have had some of these pieces for a few years and worn them a few times and they are going green. Lifetime guarantee is false advertising as they obviously use cheap metals and materials to create these products. But the rings, bracelets and necklaces are tarnish free. So BOHOMOON!! Check your earrings!!!

Very happy with the service from this shop and with the quality of the pieces received. I wanted something unique and timeless as a 16th birthday gift. I chose gold as it is her preferred colour and her birthstone. The stones in the different pieces of jewellery were slightly different colours, but this is not an issue for me. The gold colour itself is very bright and shiny, and the offer was amazing, I received a free piece of jewellery! Overall, very happy with the experience. Can't comment on longevity.

Don’t understand the good reviews at all. The gold was literally orange and looked so cheap. Returning asap and have to pay to return. Avoid

Disappointed with the 'random mystery bags, four of us ordered a 'mystery' ring bag, we all received the same 3 rings.... All very plain and clearly stock they can get rid of because no one wants it .

Bohomoon are brilliant I’ve been buying of them since 2020 their jewellery looks like real gold and not flimsy at all they do silver aswell I’ve bought some jewellery from other companies they just go green and tarnished not this company you can wear them in the shower they are sweat proof I keep mine on all the time I’m a older lady so don’t like cheap looking jewellery but these are brilliant wouldn’t buy anywhere else also they on TikTok aswell which you get some brilliant bargains plus you can see the jewellery in real life and the girl try them on for you so you can get an idea how big small they are and they have a size chart to measure your finger give them a try honestly you won’t regret it 🙂

As a true silver jewellery girly, discovering Bohomoon back in 2020 has genuinely been one of my best finds. I love love loveeee how much range you have while still keeping your pieces affordable and great quality. The fact that your jewellery doesn’t rust is honestly everything.

I could write this email without mentioning your £10 yearly sales which are honestly amazing. They make it possible for people who might not always be able to afford quality jewellery (like myself) to still treat themselves and get pieces that last.
