My go to for jewellery reasonably priced and water resistant which is great

Customer service team provided an extremely fast response with a problem I encountered, and were so very helpful. They issued a replacement item and it came after just a couple of days. Excellent customer service, thankyou.

An item was missing from my order so I emailed and the team responded very quickly and were lovely and very apologetic. Super helpful customer service- they gave me the option to either have the missing item sent to me (within one to two days which is great) or the money back as store credit. Highly recommend bohomoon and their customer service team!

The best website for beautiful, tarnish free Jewellery! So much choice at great prices. I have brought several pairs of earrings, necklaces and bracelets. I wear them everyday in the shower and on holidays abroad. Delivery is great and comes beautifully packaged.

First time ordering and great experience! Kept informed through each stage of order, package arrived nicely packed. Also great to receive a ring sizer, as I had looked at some of the rings but unsure what size to order. Would highly recommend amd can't wait to place my next order!

I ordered a few pieces from Bohomoon (three pairs of earrings (studs and hoops)and a necklace to match) and I’ve honestly, been really impressed! The designs are beautiful and look even nicer in person. I don’t usually wear gold jewellery or studs, but these were so comfortable and easy to wear, even for someone with sensitive skin.

The quality feels great for the price, and everything arrived well-packaged and secure. The little details in the packaging were such a nice touch. It made the whole experience feel special. Shipping was quick and I had no issues with service at all.

If I had one small note, it’s that the necklace was a bit smaller than I expected (more delicate than statement) but still lovely and really pretty on. Overall, I’m really happy with my order and would definitely buy from Bohomoon again!

Their jewellery is great value for money, especially during the £10 sales. I’ve had very few problems with their products, but when something breaks, or the product is faulty their customer service is amazing, sending a replacement or a refund straight away! All of my jewellery is from here and I love it all!

I am obsessed! Bohomoon is great quality and i get so many compliments! Tarnish free and affordable!! I had one tiny issue and was resolved the same day i contacted within an hour! Highly recommend xx been shopping a year now and almost £300 in orders later and i still want more!

Finally, a company with style AND quality. I hardly ever take my earrings out (multiple piercings), wearing them in the shower, on holiday etc and have never had an issues with tarnishing.

One pair of earrings had a loose stone and when contacted, Bohomoon offered replacements with good grace and lovely communication.

Keep doing what you’re doing as a brand (and keep doing the £10 sales 😊)

I absolutely love Bohomoon and their pieces. In fact I’ve developed a slight addiction. If any piece has got damaged or a stone has fallen out, customer service has always been great, fast response time and either offered a replacement or credit. I would definitely recommend as have done so to my friends and family.
