You could be entitled to a boiler replacement grant!
If you are receiving certain benefits you may qualify for a grant towards replacing your old boiler.
To be eligible you must be a homeowner or a private tenant (with permission from your landlord) and be in receipt of one or more of the following benefits which will be checked by us during your call:
Your boiler needs to be at least 8 years old.
It’s possible that the full cost of new boiler will be covered by the grant, but it’s more likely that you’ll need to pay something towards it.
In the event you don't qualify for a boiler grant we can still help with a low monthly cost option.
An inefficient boiler will be costing you hundreds of pounds per year in wasted energy.
Boiler Grants is part of the Holmes Media (UK) Ltd group.

made phone call for boiler application not knowing the people I was talking to. very polite and easy application for a grant. informed me immediately that I was entitled to a grant and made appointment for an engineer to visit. well worth the phone call.

Efficient company, prompt answer when calling them, only downside was i was told i had to get tax credits form in my new address for evidence which took ages only to find out the gas company doesnt need them they check database so could have had survey done much sooner and saved alot of waiting

I spoke with a really lovely and helpful lady who went out of her way to help me overcome a problem with acting on behalf of my father who is 96, lives 54 miles away from me and has macular degeneration so his sight is severely limited.
Nothing was too much trouble for her and between us we managed to obtain all the necessary information and approvals for me to act on behalf of my father.
She deserves a six star rating.

Pleasant staff
The staff were pleasant and dealt with my enquiry quickly. They gave me good advice. The only problem was that I didn't receive the call back I was expecting to co firm I had all the documents in place so that an app could be made to visit me. Otherwise no issues
