You could be entitled to a boiler replacement grant!
If you are receiving certain benefits you may qualify for a grant towards replacing your old boiler.
To be eligible you must be a homeowner or a private tenant (with permission from your landlord) and be in receipt of one or more of the following benefits which will be checked by us during your call:
Your boiler needs to be at least 8 years old.
It’s possible that the full cost of new boiler will be covered by the grant, but it’s more likely that you’ll need to pay something towards it.
In the event you don't qualify for a boiler grant we can still help with a low monthly cost option.
An inefficient boiler will be costing you hundreds of pounds per year in wasted energy.
Boiler Grants is part of the Holmes Media (UK) Ltd group.

Shut up - I'm still talking.
Your call handler read through what was obviously a computer script much too fast. Anything I had to say was interrupted. Even after I stated that she had not let me finished, she continued to 'butt in'.
I am not long-winded and consider myself a patient person, but I eventually ended the call fairly abruptly out of complete frustration.
I expect you have recorded the call for 'quality and training
purposes' so no doubt you can judge for yourselves.
