It's a scam page. I don't know what kind of a loophole they managed to find to keep scamming people with their fake apartment announcements, but you can be sure you won't find anything through this... See more

Until now, not worth it at all.

If you are looking for an apartment at the moment or a room, better save your money than using boligbasen. I have contacted several times with only the classic standard answer coming back, that I didnt get the apartment. Either the market is saturated (which I believe it is), or this membership is worthless. I guess it is easier to win the lottery or get an apartment/room recommended by a friend than finding it through this site.

Waste of money

For a website that is meant to connect people to available apartments it does a horrible job of doing so. I don't understand how we, as customers, are meant to find any of the apartments attractive when none of them provide photos, a map or contact details to help make the search more lucrative. Instead we have to guess where the apartments are in the city, what they may look like through the vague discriptions provided and are given no direct contacts to request viewings or more details. On the plus side, Boligbasen will send emails on your behalf. Do not expect anyone to ever reply, becasue they wont. The best part about Boligbasen is they have a 14 day refund of your membership.
I wish there was a 0 star. 1 star is too much for Boligbasen.

Another service taking advantage of the Danish market

I decided to use the service, as many other people i use multiple services to have more chances of getting picked for apartments or rooms and i found that paying for half a years was strange (usually a month would be normal, with automated renewal) the fee for the 6 months sounds low compared to other services so i decided to try anyway. I found out that most of the ads have similar information and there's never a phone number or pictures or even the street of the apartment or room, all the contacts are made purely via email message. This is frustrating specially for foreigners because, well we know how it works and unless you're calling them, they will just ignore your emails.

The ads only show basic content for properties, you never feel that you're dealing with real people in any situation everything is so randomly automated, you get system messages for the "no's" instead of a bulk message sent by the landlord like some other services.

I sent more than 30 applications, from formal to funny and all creative types of texts and i got 1 answer, that answer was a scam, the typical situation that the person is living in uk (or any other country) and he has a company that deals with all paperwork and blah blah blah, you transfer the money and the keys are sent via mail. When i'm paying for a service, the least i can expect is not to get scammers on my mailbox.

Definitely the worst service ever used, this should be illegal, a paid service that does not provide real value and is basically making money on the crazy market demand is just wrong.

Truspilot should add a 0 star option, 1 is too much

some new fixes and features should be implemented

- field for floor/etage should be mandatory, in conjuction with lift/elevator available
- possibility to search within rent amounts, with or with utilities included
- detail for utilities when included (water, electricity, gas, heating, a/c, laundry, etc, etc)

Not a single reply - start to suspect some of the ads to be a scam

Have been making enquiries about available apartments for over a week and haven't received a single reply yet.
Will wait to see in the coming week how it develops but i start to doubt some of the ads to be genuine. Photos of the apartments are hardly ever available - nor are direct contact details of the landlords.

Worst Service Ever

We have signed up and paid "1 stk. Boligannonce på boligbasen.dk i 6 måneder ialt 599,00 DKK
Total 599,00 DKK
Moms 119,80 DKK".

We have been sending our bid for the houses and have never heard anything back. Once we got a reply which was not directly from the landlord but from the website which said that landlord told us to tell you -- blah blah blah. I want you who are looking forward to sign up, please stay away from it. It seems it is run by outside Denmark and most probably by Indians. I have to say that I lost and wasted my 600 kr. WORST EVER WEBSITE.
You will never get a phone or mobile number of the landlord ever while I have used websites in England and they would not only give address, phone/mobile no. but also would be willing to contact directly via phone/mobile while here, you will never see any mobile/phone no. from the landlord which clearly mentions that this is a scam website, just deceiving the customers. NEVER USE THIS WEBSITE TO LOOK FOR A HOUSE TO RENT IN DENMARK.
