One star is way to much

One star is way to much. There are a company that takes advantage of Internationals students that don't speak Danish, they are rushing them to pay otherwise they will not give the apartment, they don't explain any rules and then they are saying that you are not allowed to give notice of leaving unless it is on the first of the month. For this they will keep you liable for another one month an a half, because we are not allowed to give notice before or after the first of the month. They take advantage of anyone that is not danish saying that they are not obliged in any way to explain the rules of renting.

We're sorry that you've had a bad experience staying with us. We adhere to the regulations for renting public youth housing, but we acknowledge that we haven't been good enough at explaining the rules in English on our website. This has lead to some misunderstandings, and we are working on a guide for our foreign students.
