Bolt were excellent throughout. Customer service during the quote stage was fantastic, with the breakdown of costs clearly explained and absolutely no pressure to accept. The team on the moving day were amazing. On time and efficient, they packed everything up quickly and carefully. Professional throughout, and incredibly kind to me on what was an incredibly difficult day. Unpacking was also seamless, despite a wait for keys and terrible weather - everything put where I wanted, and frequent check-ins on where things should go if it wasn't clear. I would absolutely recommend them!

The office staff were very helpful and accommodating, right from the start. The removals men were efficient and friendly, overcoming some logistical challenges with skill and good humour. The move entailed moving furniture and delicate objects from a 2 bedroom flat to four different locations. The logistics went very smoothly. I would not hesitate in recommending Bolt.

Bolt have moved us twice this year - first into rental accommodation whilst our new house underwent a total renovation, and more recently into our permanent home. The teams were fantastic - so hard working, clean and efficient, while at the same time being so friendly and helpful. They really went the proverbial extra mile. Thoroughly recommended!

All personel polite and helpful at every stage. Needed to use storage facility which ended up being longer than anticipated. Grateful for the initial onsite visit as we had a tricky road approach and this could be considered. Always on time , never late.

I knew this team was going to be wonderful and so they proved - we just made the move from London to Manchester and when I saw the glowing reviews online, followed up brilliant customer service when first making the enquiry, I knew we were in good hands. What a crew. From the moment of the quote I felt in safe hands, lots of advice that ended up really helpful was freely offered and I was given an honest account of what they thought would be most cost effective. I only got quotes from reliable places as my biggest fear was being shaken down on the day as they have you over a barrel, none of that here. I had another reputable firm quote slightly less, I wanted to go with Bolt as I had real confidence in the guy I'd met and they very kindly matched that despite pointing out it didn't include reassembly of the big furniture.

I opted to include packing as I figured they would be more efficient at it than me and boy was I correct. 8am the day before the move they arrived as promised, three of them had everything I owned (except my bed) boxed, labelled by room and loaded into the vans. They were done around midday, this is a three bed house and I'm no minimalist. Everything was packed safely, they asked for input where needed but really just got on with it too. I had all afternoon and evening to clean for my buyers. I have antique furniture, irreplaceable heirlooms and they were treated with care and respect.

After getting to sleep in a proper bed they arrived first thing the next day to take that apart and get us underway. It was Cardiff to Leeds so a lot of driving for them, we were on our way by half eight. On arrival it was straight to it, they made sure everything I'd paid for was done, there wasn't a single thing to nag them about.

Things never go to plan and not everything fit where I'd planned to put it/some furniture wouldn't go round the stairs corner. Completely unphased, the two movers offered helpful advice to get everything I couldn't move myself in the most sensible place and the rest unloaded for me to sort in my own time. It was phenomenal, a few hours of real hard work with only one well deserved cigarette break and all was done.

I was more anxious about choosing movers than any other part of my relocation, it's just me on my own and I was completely dependent on them. I'm so grateful to Bolt for rewarding my trust with such a great service.

We booked them to pack and move us. They were great, everything was packed really well and made it to the new property safely. They were polite and really helpful. They put mats down to make sure they didn’t damage the carpet. Everything was put into the right rooms at the new property too. Would definitely use them again

Don’t even bother getting quotes from anyone else, Bolt Removals is the best service you can get and will always give you the best value for money. I used them for the third time recently, we were packed and loaded -on the move by 12:00 pm and unloaded by 4:30 pm. Nothing was too much trouble for the guys, I’m very grateful for all your help, thank you.

2 people came in and packed everything on the 1st day and then a whole team came in on the 2nd day who worked really well.

We went for Bolt's packing and removal services. Teams on both days were fast, careful and kind. Moving is stressful, but they put my mind at ease and it was worth every penny.

Luke and his colleague delivered and extremely heavy mattress to my home today. They were so polite and respectful of my home. Although i was asked to move items out of the way before their arrival, they advised of additional items to move to ensure there was no damage. They wore overshoes to protect my floors. Their communication was excellent all day with regular updates and they arrived earlier than initially thought. They made what could have been very difficult feel very easy for me. Thank you both!
