Bought a gift pack which arrived on time. I could smell the bath bombs before opening the box.. they were lovely and left my skin amazingly soft.
Will be trying other products for sure.

They took my money and didn’t even get my item. They order went back to them and they got the product back and started to completely ignore me

Received an item smells like it's expired, once I used it gave me a bad rash. Thier products are not safe to use, avoid at all costs.
I have other 4 hair masks, when I requested to return I received no reply. It's been three weeks, they just ignored my emails. Bad customer service, not recommended at all

My daughter was bought a set of these for Christmas from amazon, from her grandad. They look nothing like the pictures, some crumbled, packaging was awful. But that isn't even the worst of it. Today my daughter decided to play with a couple of them in the bathroom sink, as I don't allow them in the bath, because my children have eczema. Well after playing for 10 minutes, she got annoyed that they did not fizz or soap up at all and when she took her hands out the sink, they were stinging. So I made her wash and dry them and after she seemed OK. Then my younger son (with asthma) went to the toilet and washed his hands in the same sink. 10 minutes later he was covered head to toe in hives and had swollen face and lips, I had to administer antihistamine and his asthma pumps, because he was wheezing a lot and I was worried he might have an attack. An hour later and all the urticaria had died down and he seemed much better, i washed out the sink and i thought it was over.
He went to the toilet again before bed and it started all over again. I don't know what's in those bath bombs, but something has definately caused a reaction in both of my children, one quite severe, that I almost contemplated taking him hospital, where I had given him the maximum dose of antihistamine. But eventually he recovered. I bleached my entire bathroom and aired it out. But I wouldn't recommend these to anyone.
Definately do not shop here if you have sensitive skin.
Oh and these are not vegan friendly, just read the ingredients.

Shocking quality

I purchased a couple of gift sets direct from bomb cosmetics after being disappointed with the ones from Amazon, they are shocking! Nothing like the photos and took 2 weeks to arrive!
I also ordered a penguin one and they sent a Santa in its place with no explanation! Not worth the money they charge. I wish I could add photos to show just how bad they are!

Firstly, not all the products I ordered arrived, with just a note in the box saying they were going to be refunded. Would have appreciated an email saying these products were out of stock prior to my parcel being shipped, and I would have cancelled the whole order.

Some of the order did come, however, I was disappointed to find that three of the bath products looked different from what they were on the website.

Think I will be sticking with Lush.

Love their products and the customer service is spot on. Had an issue with being charged twice I’ve order lots and it never happened before but Bomb was so helpful at getting it sorted and got my order out fast

Always love Bomb bath bombs. The best present you can receive, from lovely packaging and amazing aromas to the silkiest bath water. Leaves your skin soft and smooth and smelling divine. Every girl or boy would love one !

Never used this company before but what I've bought is for gifts so I can't comment, The bath bombs smell absolutely amazing, I love the packaging, the box was filled with colourful foamy bits, made me smile .. so we're off to a good start!

I purchased item as a gift so cannot really comment on the product itself, although it looks and smells lovely. In addition the items were well packaged and received a speedy delivery via DPD. There was an issue with the item but this was responded to and resolved immediately. Great customer service. Would trust to recommend and use this company again.

We purchased 4 bathbombs from a shop, not knowing the company. My partner had his bath and said it smelled good but felt waxy. I had one of mine today and had to clean the tub before hand as it was kind of greasy from his bath. I only made it 10-15min because it felt absolutely disgusting and I could actually take the wax off my skin with my nails. Had to have a shower afterwards. I stick to Lush, at least they know what they are doing!

Supose to had a order come today didn't even go to right place didn't even bothered asking or looking were I was drove off no order rubbish

I was disappointed to open my order and find out they’d substituted an item with something I really disliked. I was even more disappointed to find out that the only way to return it is at my own expense. Why they couldn’t call or email me or just refund the missing item I do not know.

However, I have given 3 stars and will chance a future order because their Warm Espresso wax melts really are absolutely gorgeous.

We bought a few soaps for our 2 daughters, actually they chosen the designs and were so happy when they arrived. It smells lovely and lasts long. I will be buying more as the quality is very good.

Bath blasters are fantastic for my daughter's bath time. I think they're also great as a small cute present to other kids (much better then sweets we normally bring when visiting our friends :)), they look and smell very nice. Delivery is always fast and I am pleased with small free samples I normally receive with my order, this is very kind. I've tried face wash and few soaps - all good looking and good to my and my daughter's skin. I am confident to recommend them to anyone.

The delivery was fast and convenient, everything is wrapped up so neatly and in cute paper. Lots of recyclable materials to keep the products safe in transport.

The products themselves are high quality and smell beautiful. I wish it was possible to explain a smell! But it’s so great and satisfying.

I don’t use any other soaps now! each soap is unique and feels amazing on my skin. They last a lot longer than my average high street soaps.

I ordered the wax melts for the first time today and they smell so wonderful and strong and last for a long time. Transports me to another place during lockdown!

Could not recommend this company more and I will continue to support it hopefully long into the future!

This Review is more about the Customer Service than anything, I have emailed with questions several times now and not had a reply to a single one... quick to take your money but sadly not too bothered about responding to customers which to me is is a big part of what makes a company.
