Terrible Expierence

Bought a day pass at this resort:
Where should I start? Arrived at Bonaventure in Weston, Florida. Check-in at the spa and I will list all the negatives first;
1. Pool ice cold
2. Sauna in women’s locker broken
3. Men’s locker room steam room very minor steam. Controls falling off the wall.
4. Hot tub outside doesn’t work and ice cold.
5. Cafe closed
Nothing positive I can say about the spa.
Main pool area. 3 other pools are deserted. The buildings of the hotel are dirty on the outside.
The main pool with the waterfall is cold. The hot tub doesn’t have enough water for it to bubble. No one on the pool deck to care.
Security came around very menacing while we were in the hot tub checking if people are here legally in the Resort. I showed him our day pass. He treated us like we were illegals. Who would sneak into this place is beyond me?

3. 10% off food or drink at the pool bar
