Products were delivered without issue
Products were delivered without issue, but they completely ignored multiple emails asking them to cancel the order because I wasn't sure I'd got the sizes right (14-16 is not plus size!). Fortunately it turned out they were mostly OK, except for one that was too small.

There was nothing wrong with the product but the delivery service was terrible. I paid for the more expensive next day delivery and ordered before 11pm as requested. My package didn't arrive for 2 days and I wasn't refunded or compensated in any way!
