Probably a scam company
Order 2 months ago. Never received order, but money was taken from my account immediately. One response after following up with them, 6 weeks ago. Promising the goods would be shipped. At the same time i get bombarded with ads on insta. Don’t advertise if you can’t deliver.

Nice products, terrible customer service - replies will only follow when you start to put pressure via Social Media (what I don’t expect to happen for the price you pay for the clothes!)

I am so frustrated with this company
I am so frustrated with this company. I ordered two sweaters in March, followed up in May as I had still not received any goods, or an apology for the massive delay. They put in a new order for me, and since then, nothing has happened. And it’s now July. Their customer service is irresponsive. They are very good at marketing but ultimately, it seems to be a massive sham. Yes, their stuff is cute, but I’d recommend you stay away from them. Several customers on their Facebook page seem to be in the same boat, so this is a systemic issue, not an unfortunate exception.
The orders in question are: 48559, placed in mid MARCH 2023, which was then updated to order 54426 in May 2023.
Update am 16. Juli: Nach einer kurzen Nachricht, man würde mit dem Versand reden, wieder 10 Tage Funkstille.
Update am 22. Juli: immer noch nix vom Kundendienst, aber die shop app zeigt an, dass mein Päckchen jetzt in Amerika ist. Ich wohne in Australien…
Update Ende Juli: UPS liefert wohl über Hawaii, daher der Umweg durch die USA. Die Sweater sind tatsächlich angekommen. Sie sind schön, keine Frage, aber meine Erfahrungen mit dem Kundendienst machen sie letztlich nicht wett. Grad eine Mail erhalten, man wolle unbedingt seinen Score hier verbessern und wir sollten doch Bewertungen abgeben. Verbessert eure Arbeit, ihr Lieben.
No product, no communication- but got money back.
Ordered for myself as a reward after months of wanting a particular jumper. Waited 3 weeks for an update before sending an email, then another 10 days. When no response to my emails and no shipping notification, I filed a dispute with my bank. Never got a response from Bonjour Ben but I did wake up to a refund notification this morning- so I guess that’s something.
Super bummed as I was stoked for the top but with no communication and no action for a month, I’m just glad for the refund even if it didn’t come until I made a dispute.

Found the shop on Instagram. Should have been a warning sign.
Ordered goods never arrived, the shipping tracking said it was delivered to reception. My flatblock has no reception.
I tried at first to get in contact with BB, but they kept referring me to the company that was supposed to deliver the goods. I gave up...
