Worst customer experience ever. Boohoo tagged on extra sneaky insurance at checkout. The items delivered were faulty and of terrible quality. I returned all the next day. They received my return 20 days ago and I still have not received my refund of nearly £60! When I contacted them Debenhams emailed me on this matter telling me they are awaiting a concession called IKRUSH to refund me. Who is that? I ordered from Boohoo not Debenhams or some unknown company I’ve never heard of? I just want my money back and will be closing my account with them and never ordering from them again. This is not the same company I used to order from the items looked like they came from some dodgy back street market and would fall apart in 5 minutes. Unless you want to chase for a unforthcoming refund and receive terrible quality items avoid Boohoo at all costs!
Terrible customer service, with AI integration that keeps on looping and cutting off the communication flow + unable to return items that are unopened in their original packaging, which is frankly speaking illegal.
Very fast communication today with help with a return. Email communication was excellent!

I have sent 3 emails and used Messenger chat on 5 occasions, it is insulting when they are asking for the same information each time with no offer of resolution..

I am beyond frustrated with the service I’ve received regarding this gift card. I have now been told FIVE times that it has been resent via email, and I still have not received anything at all.
Now i’m being asked to provide an alternative email address town which i did and now they’re saying I can’t do it like that???
At this point, it honestly feels like a scam. Every response takes over a day, there is no way to speak to an actual person, and I’m repeatedly being told the same thing with absolutely no resolution.
I want this resolved. Either to be sent the gift card properly and make sure i get it before another response a day later or provide an alternative solution immediately.
I also want details of how to make a formal complaint. (Already sent to Resolver) I have asked them to provide either a team leader/manager’s email address or a phone number where I can speak to someone directly, because this level of customer service is unacceptable and have been ignored every time.
Dresses don't cover bum so are like tops. Returns are absolutely horrendous! If you order 8 items in 1 order, you do 8 separate returns. Some of them are to the same supplier, but still separate QR codes, some require you to email the supplier to get the returns label (I haven't had an email back yet). I would have never ordered from here, if I knew it was this complicated . I've got in such a middle with returns. Also watch out for being charged automatically £10 extra for next day delivery and £4.99 for 'worry free returns'! An extra £15 for something not needed and automatically applied and can't be canceled.
I returned 2 dresses. It clearly showed on my account that the 2 dresses were returned but I only got refunded for 1 dress. Impossible to get in contact with them. I emailed the customer support but have still to get a reply
Not what it used to be! Avoid! Customer service is appalling - they have done away with humans and replaced them with an AI text service that only gets a real human involved if it deems it necessary, which then takes basically a full working day to get a response from, where the person will send a totally unhelpful message and then sign off leaving you to text the robot again and go through the entire situation with it all over again. I returned a skirt as it was bad quality, then got refunded for a totally different item on my order which was of less value. Now I am just fully not getting any response from texting them. I am getting no where in trying to get my money back and unfortunately opted for credit instead of a refund. Avoid the headache and shop elsewhere!!

Customer service is almost impossible to deal with. I received a faulty item and followed all the procedures they ask to do and was issued a gift card, despite the website saying you cannot receive one for faulty goods. When I contacted the AI I was told this should be reversed when the return was processed but get back into contact if it was not. To my surprise it wasn’t and now 3 days later I’m still trying to get a human to send more than one message without sending me back to the beginning.
Boohoo is a fraud company, I ordered dresses last night and after payment, I didn’t get a confirmation of or receipt, no order history on my account and I have tried to contact BOOHOO, but there is no customer service just AI that doesn’t work and I am now out of pocket for my hard earned money and making a mistake of using BOOHOO AND being robbed by this company. I have contacted the authorities and have now started a campaign to inform the public not to use this fraudulent company.
Ordered two full co-ord outfits from Boohoo and only half of the items arrived. Extremely disappointing service.
What made the situation even worse was trying to contact customer service. The website mainly pushes customers toward Apple/iPhone messaging services or Facebook support, neither of which I use or have access to. I also attempted to contact them through Instagram and received no response.
It’s incredibly frustrating that a major company can make customer support so inaccessible while also failing to properly resolve order issues. Customers should not have to chase multiple platforms just to report incomplete orders.
Very poor experience overall and not acceptable.

Terrible customer service as per. Emailed regarding a transaction for delivery insurance which I got charged £15 for as they select automatically at checkout to get people, to which I only noticed after (it wasn't even on my confirmation email) and they don't allow you to cancel your order even seconds after. I had 3 generic responses from CS as expected, to which I then requested either goodwill or complaints email/T&C's, to which I am now being ignored. They haven't resolved a complaint, attempted to or even replied at this point as they think ignoring is easier. Haven't bought off them in years and now I remember why. No wonder the company is going under
Placed an order tonight for some clothes. Chose to pay by Apple Pay an amount of £24. Once the payment went through it charged me an extra £9.99 for premier delivery. I don’t chose this and when I tried to get a refund they said it’s non refundable. Be aware if you’re paying by Apple Pay as the amount it shows is not what you end up paying.
Never buy anything from this scum company. They won't accept me returning a shorts with all labels on it because I open the package. I have never heard a more ridiculous excuse. Totally scum never again
I placed an order and paid for Next Day Delivery the order did not arrive next day or the day after that. I selected Next Day delivery because I needed the items, this seemed to pass by the Boohoo customer service team and the best they could do was tell me to wait a full 48 hours and update me on the tracking which I could look at myself on the Evri app. When it became apparent that the order was not going to arrive in time for what it was ordered for I asked Boohoo to get the courier to return to sender and to start the refund process, they were unable to do this and I now have the added inconvenience of having to return the items when Evri can be bothered to deliver them. Needless to say this has put me off ordering from Boohoo again which is a shame because I do like the clothes but ordering online is supposed to be convenient and this experience has been far from that. Whilst I appreciate this is an Evri issue Boohoo customer services seemed powerless to do anything help which is a poor show from them. I would have gladly paid more if meant getting my order on time. Maybe it’s time to drop Evri Boohoo.
They automatically charge £10 for some non-refundable ‘cover’, you have to untick at the bottom which a lot of people miss. They then refuse to acknowledge how sneaky this is and just keep saying it’s non-refundable. I’d like my stolen £10 back
